A 5 star hotel at an affordable price...

Posted Nov 16, 2016
Cons: N/a
Location: The hotel is located in a quiet area where you can relax. It is only a few minutes from bars and city center.
A very comfortable place where, after a busy day you can relax and have a nice rest. With 2 young girls aged 4 and 2, we could relax and on the following day enjoyed an abundant breakfast. I give it 5 stars...

Close to main area

Posted Sep 17, 2016
The hotel is up a bit of a hill so would be no good if you have trouble walking, it's about 10 min walk from the beach not much to do in the area but train station is on the front so easy to get about or a lovely walk along the beach front, mainly German and French seem to use the hotel, continental breakfast in the morning was nice, no kettle in the rooms but they do have a small fridge.

Good value hotel close to Estoril and the beach

Posted Aug 22, 2016
Pros: Modern room, air conditioning, pool, breakfast, value
Cons: The hotel, except for the new building is looking a bit dated, but is still value for money
Location: Close to Estoril, the Casino, and the beach.
I had a very good experience as the value of the hotel was very good at this time of the year. Very good modern room, good facilities including breakfast.....very good pool.

Good walk from local transport Safe area

Posted Oct 10, 2015
Is a reasonably good walk from transport links, but the worst thing about Estoril is the lack of variety of food. Skip and just stay in Cascais.

Bit of a hill climb

Posted Aug 7, 2015
Pros: Peaceful location
Cons: Flatten that hill
Location: As stated, a peaceful location with restaurants and the casino 10 min walk away and all downhill
The hotel was as expected, quite a small room ,suitable for two people .The bathroom was nice ,a change of towels each day,the hotel was in a very peaceful area. The breakfast was fine,if you stayed here more than a week it became very boring.Staff very friendly, but the staff downstairs in the non-alcohol bar need to get a personality. Pool area not up to much, need to change the loungers, because of the trees, lots of shade, and to end this review,if you are not fit or not in the first flush of youth do not attempt the hill climb from the Casino to the hotel, get a taxi,i am 74, walked it twice a day,but I am on the tight side

Nice hotel not near the beach

Posted Jul 18, 2015
Cons: The billing accuracy which differed from what was represented on Expedia for 2 adults + 6-year-old.
Location: It's 10 minutes uphill walk from the beach. The pool is pleasant.
It's a "dry" hotel that does not serve beer, wine or any spirits on the premises.

nice hotel shame about the bar

Posted Jan 31, 2015
Pros: the room was clean and had a good sized shower
Cons: sell alcohol in the bar
Location: I'm not a gambler so the casino wasn't of interest, didn't try any of the restaurants as they were more expensive than the food available in the hotel
close to rail link to Lisbon 5-10 min walk. quiet area few restaurants close by, main attraction is estoril casino no alcohol served in hotel bar
