Out dated and cost too much

Posted Oct 10, 2016
Small room which looked like it had not been updated since the 70's. No working safe, and old tube tv unclear (snow). Hotel is large, perhaps it's why it had not been updated but should charge a lower price. Staff, was fine, but when I told one of them about safe. They hurriedly got me off phone and said would check in am. Location is very walkable and near metro & shopping.

Good location from airport.

Posted Aug 28, 2016
Pros: Staff were helpful and the location of the to everything was really good, airport and the main city centre.
Cons: The telephone's problem should have been sorted out better.
Location: There is a shopping centre nearby. Excursions which you can book with the hotel, the train is really easy, simple to use and fast. Lots of cafes too.
The hotel was a good distance from the airport, it took about 20 minutes to reach the hotel, cost 16euros. The metro was nearby and a small shopping centre (with a supermarket) was 5 minutes walk. The staff were helpful and very good communicating in different languages. The room was okay, theres was no fridge, to keep water. The telephone kept ringing and when we mentioned at the reception they said they would get someone to look at it, but it carried on during the trip, so i just unplugged it myself! The walls are quite thin and you could hear people coming in and out of their rooms. They had some construction work happening in the morning, which was quite loud. They allowed us to fill up our water bottle, using their cold water machine and borrow bowls and spoons. The breakfast was mostly cold food and costed extra (6.50 euros per person), there was a organic food store round the corner which we bought some milk and fruit and made our own breakfast. There was a city tax fee which a lot of people were unaware of (1euro per person per day).

A one night type of hotel

Posted Aug 21, 2016
This hotel is located near the city. It looks ok around the lobby area, but once you go to the room is a different story. Nothing like the pictures, its old and tire and it had the ugliest bathroom ever. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows and towels are in desperate need of replacement. Breakfast was good with some variety. Ladies at the breakfast area were very nice! Good for one night if nothing else is available. 9€ extra for parking, so keep that in mind if you are driving.

Average hotel in need of paint

Posted Jul 31, 2016
Cons: Needs to be re painted and modernized. Looking very tired and passages dirty.
Reasonably close to airport. Very small room. Paint peeling off the walls in the passages. Carpet in need of re vamp. Air con in room worked well.
