A very friendly staff and the room was clean and quiet and suitable for my needs. I would have liked a kettle in the room to make my own tea, but tea was available at the bar in the lobby. Although the hotel was a little way from the main historic town, the metro link was nearby and easy to use. All in all, a great choice of hotel and I was very happy there.

On arrival, the reception were friendly, efficient and helpful and this continued throughout my 3 day stay. Only problem was the noise at times coming from the aircraft on the flightpath above the Hotel.

In the evening I checked in, I found there were no blanket in bed after a shower. I called the front desk, they send me a blanket soon after.

I cannot say enough positive things about this property! Don’t be fooled by its 2 star rating. It is far above any hotel at the same price point in the USA. Very clean & well kept, super friendly staff, very nice common areas. It is on the flight path of the airport but as the rooms are sound proof, was not an issue. The Metro station is a quick 10min walk from front doors through a nature area pathway behind hotel. Since the walkways are small stone tiles, navigating with roller luggage could be a little challenging but worth it. We were there for 2 nights with packs so had not issues. The breakfast on site is excellent and well worth the extra 9E per person. Having a 24hr kitchen is definitely a bonus and ability to grab a glass of wine or beer at the bar is an additional plus …after purchasing a bottle of there featured wine on our last night for 15E (high for local Portuguese standards) we were sold. We so loved this place and encouraged others to give it a try. Will stay here again. ♥️

Very convenient to metro. Breakfast was very plentiful,delicious,wide variety, great staff and very affordable! Meal in bar was very tasty! Some staff at reception very helpful! Very clean and comfortable beds!

We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. Our AC is a general system for the entire hotel, allowing it to only be turned on for cold air, hot air or off. Rooms can regulate the intensity with which the air comes out but not its temperature, as the temperature is set for the entire hotel. As for the water pressure, it is a shame you did not contact the front desk, so we would be able to send our maintenance service to check it.If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, we can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Room far too small for three persons. The room was uncomfortably hot, even with temperature turned all the way down and fan turned off. We had to sleep with the window open. Hotel is in the flight path of the airport, making the evening exceedingly noisy. An unpleasant stay.

Comfortable stay. The hotel is comfortable for short visits in Lisbon as it is close to Sao Sebastiao underground station and has restaurants nearby. The rooms are nice and clean, good shower, very comfortable bed. The staff friendly. Would recommend to everyone!

Just wanted to thank the male front desk I should have recorded his name but he was not only pleasant but gave me information on things to do. Second time in Portugal and he was the first person working at a checkin desk that was so likable and made me feel like I could asked him anything. Our stay here was just what we needed. We wanted a hotel outside the downtown core, but close to transportation. There is a subway station about a 10 minute walk away. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the airport and was less than €10 by Uber. The hotel and rooms are basic, but we spent most our time in the downtown core. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast buffet which was worth the money for a decent start to the day.

I wish all Ibis offered the same amenities and were about the same regarding need for updates. Good at restaurant was good, had lunch there. Also lots of good restaurants nearby. Towels really need to be replaced and add washcloths or hand towels. Add 2 extra pillows, not just one. Excellent staff.

Don’t expect much space in your room. They are very small and the air conditioning is sub par. It was not very hot outside but our room was most of the night. The employees were very nice. I like the area because it is central to most of the tourist destinations without being in a busy area.
