Prettig hotel met grote balkons en ligweide

Het hotel ligt wat van het centrum af, maar met de gratis shuttle van het hotel of met de Buscas dichtbij (1 euro voor rit naar centrum elke 15 min) is het een prettig verblijfs hotel. De balkons zijn ruim en goed van elkaar afgeschermd. Het ontbijt is erg uitgebreid. Aan de overkant zit een heerlijke bakker en daarnaast een minisupermarkt voor de voorraad water ideaal. Dichtbij is ook Casa de Guia, een statig pand met leuke winkeltjes en daaromheen vele restaurantjes. Je zit aan de Atlantische Oceaan met prachtig uitzicht.

Pros: Die sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage.
Im Großen und Ganzen alles in Ordnung, Mobiliar sehr abgewohnt und Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles in allem gut.

Lovely relaxing holiday .

We were delighted with our stay at Pestana Cascais with our two teenage daughters . Very friendly helpful staff . Comfortable clean rooms . Spotless pool & gardens . Tasty breakfast , regularly replenished . Equipment in kitchen was basic & a kettle would have been useful .

Zomaar een hotel in Cascais

Pros: de ligging, uit het centrum maar loopafstand van zee. Centrum goed bereikbaar.
Cons: de algehele staat van het hotel vernieuwen
Location: vlakbij strand en gezellig klein plekje met restaurantjes
Een normaal goed hotel, 3 sterren zou ik zeggen. Ontbijtbuffet is goed. Bedden veel te hard. Verder voldoet alles maar is alles ook aan een opknapbeurt toe. Sommige dingen zijn bijna vervallen zoals zaken in het binnenzwembad.

Short Easter break at Pestana Cascais

Facilities at the hotel were ok & we particularly enjoyed the indoor pool which was set in pleasant gardens. It seemed to be exclusive to guests and towels were provided on request. The inclusive buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice. At breakfast we each had several small cups of expresso coffee as the only other option seemed to be the instant coffee machine. We booked a room for 3 which comprised of a suite of 2 rooms along with a large balcony & a small kitchen area including a microwave and sink. The only downside to the suite was in the second room where there was a single basic put u up bed. We knew about this when we booked but it felt unnecessarily basic and detracted from the overall up market feel of the suite. We suffered a little bit from noise as there was a noisy French school party staying on our floor & the bar was busy over Easter. Thankfully the school party left on the Monday of our stay. The shuttle bus service provide by hotel into town, bus station & rail station really good and we used this a lot. An entrance from the coast side of the hotel would have been helpful as the only way in was via the front entrance which meant walking round a number of hotels to the street where the Pestana was located. This situation was all very well for those using cars but was inconvenient when using the coast path. The staff were very pleasant and obliging and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Mielestäni tämä hotelli ei ole 2016 enää ****-hotelli. Kulunut ja ränsistynyt. Allasalueella ei lämmintä suihkua. Allas likaisentuntuinen. Huoneessa pieniä muurahaisia. Kolmenhengen huone oli tilava. Kolmas vuode erittäin matala.
