Room and bathroom very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. The only negative I can say is it was very noisy one night, our room being in front with bars and theater below. Past midnight there was still a lot of noise. I would stay here again though but I will request for a room not facing the street.

My stays were amazing in every way. The hotel is central located and very close to blue and green subway lines. I also enjoy their breakfast buffet very much. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

Hotel excelente e muito bem localizado
O hotel é muito bom, tudo bonito, novo e caprichado, nosso quarto era muito bom e tinha tudo que precisávamos. O café da manhã é excelente, a cama boa, toalhas trocadas todo dia. O quarto não é muito grande então as malas tinham de ficar em pé, fora isso é perfeito, localizado perto de 3 praças que dão acesso por transporte a toda Lisboa. Praça da Figueira, Do Rossio e da Restauração. Voltando a Lisboa, voltarei a ficar nele.

All the staffs are nice friendly which had helped our stay. The rooms are run down the bathroom floor have so many cracks and very dangerous to walk with barefoot, luckily we brought along our slippers

Amazing! The location is perfect to be within walking distance of the historic parts and the tram. The front desk staff are all wonderful. Able to offer excellent suggestions/directions. The breakfast is a full on spread of outstanding items. Rooms are spotless, freshly updated, very comfortable bed. Highly recommend

This hotel Under “Expedia” sell the Family deluxe room as two bedrooms with each bedroom having one queen size bed each. Once we get there we are given one room with two beds. It was false advertisement. They had already given that room to someone else and did not even care about our booking. Also, the bathroom smelled like sewage the entire time!!!

From the first friendly greeting until the fond farewell, the staff at Residencial Floirescente were accommodating and congenial. The room was great, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage (but no coffee maker). The included breakfast was a buffet feast, and one night when we didnt feel like venturing out we had a delicious tapas meal at the hotel restaurant. The location is convenient for walking to shops, restaurants, the famous esplanade, and the train station. We will definitely look forward to staying here again!

In the heart of center of Lisbon. Hotel is beautiful. Restaurant/service needs some improvement, although staff works very hard to keep customers happy. Housekeeping is 5 star!

This lovely hotel is located on a car free street during most of the day. The check in was quick and easy, our room was lovely, clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast was delicious and quite a variety. There is a quaint bistro and bar. Hotel staff was super!

Amazing front desk staff. Nice VIP perks. Updated rooms are fantastic. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, cafes, one block to metro stop. This is our third time staying at this hotel and it keeps getting better every time.

This hotel is right downtown and has easy access to all the different forms of transport. Lots of restaurants and stores but the hotel is quiet at night We do not use a pod coffee maker and really needed some directions on what to do. We also think a room that is meant for two people should have two chairs. We will happily stay there again when we are fortunate enough to return to Lisbon

3 couples together. When we went to one of the rooms, we opened the door and not sure if given wrong room keys or not but there was a naked man laying on the bed. Had to go to front desk and the other room given was considerably smaller and we were not compensated for the smaller room.

Good location of property in main area with lots of shops and restaurants and easy walking distance of metro. Inside the hotel is lovely and clean, however the initial bedroom we were given was smelly and tired, but staff were great and managed to change our room which was much better - however still didn't look like the photo on Expedia or their website! Staff are really helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent with a great selection for everyone and food at dinner through Bistro99 was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic place to stay. In the heart of to old city near everything. Endless eating options. 10 minute walk to the water. Beautiful facility with special lap pool on the roof. Staff was beyond exceptional. Helpful in every possible way. From the front desk to the restaurant and bar. Appreciated the shuttle and early check in from our 5am arrival too. Totally recommend Residencial Florescente.

The hotel is very clean, amenities are great. A/C works very well which kept me sleep very soundly and comfortable room. Also the breakfast was really great with good variety. All Staff are very polite, attentive to guests needs and very professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice, old fashioned, small hotel in a great area of Lisbon. The best restaurant in the area with the best wines as well. Rooms are small but adequate. I had to change my room was changed which the manager did without any problem. All in all, very cordial and cooperative personnel. I recommend this hotel for anyone in a budget but wanting a nice place to stay in Lisbon.
