Large room and bathroom, well maintained property, excellent location near Pomball metro station. Bar service should be improved, half cup of Porto wine should not cost the same as the whole bottle at the grocery store.

David and Pedro are wonderful hotel front desk staff. Buffet Breakfast was Amazing and Excellent. Hotel Prices are very reasonable that came with Free Buffet Breakfast and Free Cancelations. I would rate this Hotel, Sana Capitol Hotel, Lisbon as EXCEPTIONAL!

-super central to train/bus to get you to downtown -a few blocks away from the banking area where you can find the multi-banco ATM to withdraw cash -pharmacy nearby -breakfast was decent, regular replenishment. finding a table in the dining space was a bit hellish and I wish there was acknowledgment by the staff there that you are waiting for space. -friendly staff -quiet area but other hotels and restaurants around -room was clean and decent for what it was. The green coloring is a certainly a choice

Very good hotel - I'd stay again
Very easy to get to from the Marquis de Pombol metro station. Welcoming arrival and friendly/helpful staff. Breakfast was superb Lighting a bit low/stark in the bathroom but not a big problem

Hotel close to Marques de Pombal Plaza. Not to close to the noisy area but the walk is good all the way to plaza de comercio Rooms are clean. Staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good

The rooms, service, and the breakfast were great. The bar atmosphere and menu were limited and poor. There is a metro nearby, but the area is still inconvenient as there are only a couple of restaurants nearby. All the highly rated restaurants and attractions need metro to get to.

I don’t want to hold a 3 star property against experiences at 4 or 5 star ones. This is a decent stay for 3 stars. It was clean, the staff were really nice, the breakfast was quite good, and the location was pretty central for exploring Lisbon. The mattress is at the end of life and springy. The architect who designed the place made some stupid design choices for aesthetics than functionality. The bathroom has a glass door and a window into the bedroom. They are both frosted with stripes and it’s way too easy to see directly into bathroom. The glass door not help block smell or sound and if you need to turn the bath light on in the middle of the night, it shines into the room. It’s okay if you’re traveling with a long term partner, but with a friend or new relationship, I think that would be awkward. The room has 3 operable windows, but they are about 3’ wide x 1’ tall and swing so far into the room you can’t get around the bed or leave them open over night. The top one is inaccessible. So, even though it was chilly in February, the room was stuffy.

The breakfast was amazing, really tasty food with several options. The staff was super friendly and always made sure we got everything we needed. The location is also good, since you’re close to two major subway lines.

Property is well located. The staff are friendly and efficient. The breakfast is very good. Our bed was firm and uncomfortable. The bathroom needs more lights especially because of the dark counters and tiles. The water pressure is very good. Overall the hotel provides good value.

I was pleasantly surprised soon as I arrived at this 3 stars hotel, the staff are 5 stars, so friendly and helpful. The room was good size and very clean. The breakfast buffet was most amazing with great variety of foods hot and cold and so much fresh fruits. Loved the location too close to beautiful park and very close to down town with much transport connections

Good breakfast and nice common areas. Room was not clean—rug was stained, hair in the bathroom, dirty glass door to bathroom, sink would not drain. Bed and towels were clean. Clerk indicated there would be conditioner, but there was none.

The property was clean and well maintained except for the soiled carpet which needs replacing in the bedroom. The breakfast was outstanding and the dining staff as well as cleaning staff could not have been more pleasant and courteous. The concierge went out of his way to assist me with logistics, itinerary, transportation, etc. and should be recognized....Actually, all the staff at check-in were very helpful and friendly. Nice small hotel with good location. Friendly reception staff and very nice breakfast. Only minor issue was that the mattress was a little bit firm.

Nice hotel, good location, good breakfast.
Nice hotel, good location, friendly and professional staff. Room was clean but small; was there only 2 days so OK. Bed was rock hard! Mentioned it at checkout, staff said I could have asked for a mattress pad and one would have been provided. Shouldn’t have had to ask. Staff said they were in process of replacing all mattresses. Breakfast was lovely.
