Hotel near airport

Pros: Nice lounge and bar area and opposite a good cafe.
Cons: The bathrooms need a good clean or remodelling
Location: It's close to financial section
This hotel is on a flight path. The pool was full algae and loungers. The bath was a glass panel on the cold marble floor and the silicon was thick with mould. the bed was hard. Breakfast was a very low grade.

Nice hotel close to Metro station easy access

Location: Great location near a metro station made it convenient to visit downtown etc.
Overall nice hotel, very comfortable rooms and good furniture etc. I would not rate it to 5 star just because the furniture showed signs of usage which I would not have expected from a 5 star hotel. Otherwise it was a great experience.

3 day trip to Lisbon had a great time

The hotel is more in the business district so not much to do not many bars/restaurants nearby although there's a great cafe on the corner opposite the hotel.

Das Hotel hat keine drei Sterne verdient. Der Service war super aber das macht die Mängel nicht weg. Es gab keine Info das beim Flug kein Gepäck zugelassen ist. Ich werde Expedia nicht mehr buchen.

Hotel abaixo da expectativa

O Hotel esta com serviços bem abaixo do esperado para um lugar de 5 estrelas. O serviço do quarto e ruim. Houve um dia em que pedimos um cha e levou 3 dias para que eles retirassem a bandeja e as xícaras e isso so ocorreu depois que reclamei na recepção. Também ficaram 2 dias sem repor as garrafas de agua do frigobar, o que também so foi feito após reclamarmos. No inteior do quarto, ha coisa velhas, moveis com as madeiras lascadas e se ve mal cuidados com a manutenção. No máximo,este seria um Hotel de 3 estrelas Vale a pena apenas ressaltar a qualidade do atendimento dos profissionais. Paulo, na recepção e outro no Bar que era um brasileiro, mas que não me recordo o nome agora foram especiais, a despeito dos problemas do Hotel.

Local muito bom. Metro pertinho podendo se deslocar para todos locais da cidade. Restaurantes perto. Excelente estadia.

Nothing of a 5 star, worn-out room, stains everywhere, small bed, empty fridge, extra small room, very noisy (the walls are very thin between the rooms), the lift was so dirty, staff are just not happy to work in this hotel, overall dont go there!

Hotel convenable mais il ne mérite pas dutout 5 étoile, chambre étroite, literies sales, propreté des chambres qui laisse à désiré. Et pour couronné le tous personnel antipathique. Pour ceux qui cherche un vrais 5 étoile passé votre chemin.
