Great Stay

Pros: location and spacious rooms.
Cons: nothing in my opinion.
Location: From the metro you can get anywhere in Lisbon
Great hotel in good location just a short stroll from the metro. The staff were friendly and polite for the whole of our stay. A great breakfast on offer to start the day.

Location: NA
Our plane from Rome to Lisbon was diverted to engine failure, so we went back to Rome. I called the hotel , saying we were not able to make it. The staff was unpleasant and unresponsive and didn't care about our situation.

The hotel was as described, the staff was friendly, pleasant and helpful. The hotel was in a good location, near Metro station and railway. I would recommend and stay again.

Great for people who require a lot of services

This hotel is conveniently located two-three blocks down the street from the Metro stop (Picoas). It is very traditional with a restaurant, spa and a fitness center. However, it needs some updating- the décor, carpeting and drapes are a little tired. The staff is friendly and helpful with recommendations for a neighborhood coffee and pastry or information fro shopping. The one comfort problem with the room is the bedding. instead of a nice duvet, they put a kind of ragged blanket between the sheets and the pillows were thin like the airline types of pillows.

Nice hotel, good location and close to Metro.

Pros: Breakfasts, location, staff. Lights were out in the bathroom and were immediately fixed.
Cons: Outlets for devices could be placed in more convenient places. Our devices were left on the floor for charging but this was a minor annoyance.
Location: Large shopping mall within two blocks of the hotel. Nearby park.
Terrific breakfast: variety of fruits, vegetables and forms of protein.

Great Hotel Close to Metro to Airport

Pros: It was close to the metro to the airport.
Cons: The bed should be changed to a more comfortable mattress.
Location: The hotel is close to the metro to and from the airport. It is also within walking distance to the area around the Rossio train station (30 minutes)
The Hotel Real Palacio is a full service hotel. The reason we chose it was the reasonable price and the fact that it is very close to the metro to and from the airport. The and hotel and room is what you would expect from a five star hotel. The only negative we have is that the bed was very very firm and we were not used to that type of bed so it did impact on our sleep.

Nice hotel, 40 min walk to historical center. The only drawback- very hard beds.

Beautiful, classic hotel

Pros: Location and ambience
Cons: Breakfast location was not good at all. Other beautiful locations on the main floor could be used, making breakfast enjoyable, rather than sad.
Beautiful, classic hotel, with a great location for exploring Lisbon. Breakfast room location could be changed, since it was crowded and uncomfortable, but otherwise, the hotel gave us a fantastic base for our time in Lisbon.

very hard bed, hard to sleep
