"One of few hotel near Basilica of St. Therese"
The hotel room was slightly bigger than expected for the Premier Klasse chain of hotels although the bathroom is still very small. It was located near the Basilica of St.Therese of Lisieux and had free car parking. Easy check-in.

"Basic but comfortable motel style accommodation "
Stayed here as an overnight stop before ferry back to UK after holiday. A basic motel style hotel but room was comfortable, clean and the air conditioning was welcome on a hot night. It even had tea & coffee making facilities (rare in France!). The meal at the restaurant was good but not exceptional. There are several restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and we bought our own breakfast. The staff on reception and in the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. Overall, good value for money.

Pocket Guide: Calvados Lisieux Louvre Hotels

The Norman town of Lisieux is 25 kilometres from the English Channel and the prestigious resorts of the Côte Fleurie. Partially destroyed by Allied bombing during WWII, the town still displays half-timbered houses and other architectural evidence of its history. Lisieux was also the home of St. Therese of the Child Jesus; and, after Lourdes, is the most significant pilgrimage site in France.
