We booked at the last minute and arrived very late but were accommodated. The family room was spacious and the beds were comfortable and the room clean. It was a wonderful stop

First room - bed was unmade, towels on the ground and a couple of bags of rubbish left in the room. Second room at least the bed was made. Large gap under the door, air con barely worked. Shower was smaller than on a cruise ship.

The bed was very comfortable and the building centrally located. The room was unclean unfortunately. Hair in the bathroom & rubbish in the bin from a previous guest. Cutlery taken directly from the drawer had foodstuffs attached. No hairdryer, milk for coffee or ironing board

The room hadn’t been cleaned for what looked like weeks atleast there was heaps of dust and dirt and muck under the beds and in the room. Will never stay there again disgusting and big 5 cm open gap under room door, windows didn’t open, shower was broken

Arrived after office hours 5pm. Rang to check in. Took a couple of minutes. Got a code to key dispenser. Checked out before office opened 9am. Dropped key in lockbox.

reception closed. Called reception - then was given a code to open 'key safe' - key got stuck and I coudnt get the key... waited 15 mins for a man to come to open safe and get the key out. He and lady on phone were helpful - but just frustrating after a huge day - couldnt get in my room. It is very run down and tired

A motel so horrible that even the receptionist didn't want to be there after 5pm. More like a jailblock than a welcome experience. The overwhelming feeling of danger wasn't helped by a cell door that had obviously been broken down and a safety chain just as obviously broken. Not only do I never want to stay in the Comfort Inn again, if it's any reflection of Lismore then I don't want to stay there either,

I always stay at Comfort Inn Centrepoint when I stay in Lismore. The staff are friendly the accommodation is clean and comfortable, the water is hot and it is within walking distance nearly anywhere I want to go.

Beds were great but bathroom including toilet hard to get into due to its micro size. Annoying humming fan heard in the room when light is on. $20 to be held by the motel in case of fridge contents consumed but no fridge contents found. Extra worry of being charged for this. No staff on site at 9 am but able to contact by phone.

When checking in we were advised the staff “had ran out of time” and unable to clean spills on the lounge. This meant the lounge was not able to be used. After a long day on the road it would have been nice to be able to sit on the lounge and watch the footy finals. Overall cleanliness of the room was also average. Would not recommend staying here.

The worst place I have ever stayed in. The main double bed is wet from the air con unit above it leaking, the room smells of mould, everything feels unclean, there are dead cockroaches on the floor, the towels are stained and look dirty. It’s not a cheap rate per night, expected a lot more, very disappointed

Staff were friendly and helpful and first impression on the room was good, however once you looked properly there was dried vomit down the front of the toilet, the mugs were dirty (probably because they charge $20 extra a day if you want them to wash your dishes....) and the screen and security doors didn't lock properly, which is a bit concerning when you have kids sleeping in the second bedroom.

Ok for overnight
Hotel was easy to find in the centre of town. Had dinner at pub right next door. Only spent one night as passing through. The bathroom was very tiny. Small shower. Bed was to hard for us kept waking through the night.
