The front desk should have more than one person there so won't be waiting forever on service

The inside pool was so chlorinated that the hotel smelled very loud. I could not stay there because it made my head hurt badly even after going up to my room. When I called cheap tickets to get a refund for my stay they refused me my money. So in all I will not be booking through Cheap Tickets any longer.

Nice stay

Great room and attentive staff. After a day of driving comfort was key. We got that even with a floor of kids.

Everything was okay except for the bed , when you lay in it you sink in the middle,and that hurt my back all night long.
