The room smelled of urine; especially the bathroom. Bathroom floor was "sticky". Cable TV reception was poor. Breakfast was bad.

Our goals are to provide comfortable, clean, well maintained guest suites for our guests. We did not deliver on our goals, and we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you experienced. We appreciate your comments and will work with the housekeeping team to have them refocus on our goals as well as the food and beverage team to see what improvements can be made to the breakfast offerings.
