Nice hotel, short staff

The hotel was very nice but apparently they are short staff. When I called the front desk a couple of times, no one answered. When I did get someone I told them that my TV was showing fuzz. They told me somone would be up in 10 minutes but not one ever came.

Clean & close to the Mall.

The staff were very friendly and they got us checked in quickly. Also enjoyed having the mall across the street and many restaurants nearby. Our overall experience was great.

Better than 2 stars!

Pros: The location was great. The breakfast was great the first morning. The hotel was just perfect.
Cons: I REALLY would like to see outside cameras installed because I went out to get something out of my car and it had been hit! I worked hard for that!
Location: The location was perfect for my daughter and her friend to walk to the mall, go to the movies, and shop for her 16th birthday sleepover. It was fun.
I really enjoyed the ease of checking into my hotel. I cannot remember the young lady's name that checked me the first night, but she was very friendly. The person I interacted with the most was name Curtin. He went beyond his job. He was very apologetic when someone backed into into my car in the parking lot. He was very nice.

very good hotel

This on one of my favorite hotels to sty in when Im in the ATL.. Excellent price and is close to everything..downtown is less then 20 mins away. There are plenty of places to eat, shop and is close to I20 for easy access. I will definitely return.
