Convenient

Good staff , overall stay was ok . Breakfast should be a little better ! Room comfort was not there better comforters needed.

Overall awesome!

Stay was great! My only complaint was the website said we could get a roll away bed (which we needed) but at check in we were told no bc it would be a fire hazard due to the size of the room. Other than that, great experience at the Fairfield Inn

Ice cold pool

It was nice and clean, but the pool was too cold. There was no heat in the pool area so we were very disappointed as the kids wanted to play in the pool.

Mother Daughter Hangout Night

I was very skeptical about staying in a hotel in the Lithonia area, but, I can say the experience was very great & I was very pleased with the Hotel.. It was very clean.. The staff could use just a little bit more training in customer service.. Example: eye contact is important & if there is a friend or co-worker at the desk your focus is the customer & not to continue your conversation.. Overall, I was happy & this will be one of my hotels I will choose near me.. Its in a Great area right next to Stonecrest Mall👏

My family was disappointed in the stay at this hotel. The only reason we choose this hotel was for the heated pool. We have a tradition of being in the pool with our grandparents. This is the first year without both our grandparents. So we were extremely disappointed when we found out the Heated pool was broken. Was so cool we were unable to get in. The hotel itself was nice. Good breakfast and clean rooms.
