Absolutely great location, staff, and room

Title says it all. Everything from check-in to checkout was pleasant, peaceful, and uneventful. The grounds and surrounding area were clean, well-kept, and safe. The housekeeing staff did an excellent job cleaning the room each day. Both they and the front desk staff were very kind and friendly, The hotel location near I-20 was really convenient (easy to access), and having a major mall nearby was a plus. I will definitely add this to my "stay here" list for future visits to the area.

THE HOTEL WAS NICE I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. I would recommend it as well. I have a bad back so maybe they could get better mattresses.

The Wo-tel

The stay was not good the people were the only thing good abbot this hotel. As soon we entered the room we found the toilet stopped up and it stunk.Then when it was time to shower walking to th bathroom we doings it that the carpet was soaked from the bathroom door to and about 5 ft. From it.. you never want to walk on wet hotel carpet there's no telling what bacteria was lifted from underneath and how many people's shower water was mixed under there. The hotel was old and it showed it needs a face-lift. It was like staying in a local motel that has Hilton on the front. I will not return unless three redo this property. But again the people that worked here had awesome customer service just the wrong facilities....

Horrible service, no consideration for travelers

Horrible. Hotel canceled our reservation after driving for 16 miles. We contacted the hotel 3 times to inform them we were stuck in traffic. The front desk assured us that our rooms were secured since they already paid for. However, when we got there, they said we would need to contact hotels.com to work out the details. We got there early morning with all our bags at 6:45 am for a graduation at 8 am. We spent the entire hour trying to work out a room. We were on the phone with hotels.com which was not much of a help. The hotel offered us a room which we had to pay for to change our clothes so we could attend the graduation. After the graduation we were told that they could not provide us with a room with 2 beds for 4 people. The manager was finally onside and assisted us with a room with 2 beds so we can sleep. We were offered a complimentary breakfast. It was not enough to compensate for the hardship and inconvenience. What the hotel did not know is that my sister was a new travel agent.
