Road Trip

Spent two nights there in August. Close to the highway and multiple eating establishments. One of the better Best Westerns we have stayed in. The hotel was bright,clean and quiet. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. We would recommend this hotel Chicago DC & DJ

The hotel is in a terrible location near a mall that is struggling to survive. It's OK for an overnight stay, but the area has little to offer.

Close to interstate, mall and plenty of restaurant

Traveled for business and trip kept getting extended and they accommodated me by allowing me to keep same room

Enjoyed my Hotel stay except could not quite get the heat adjusted. The room was cold at times the thermostat did not work properly. Other than that the Hotel stay was great.

Disappointed

I reserved a King room but was given a double. I was NOT happy at all! What is the purpose of making a resevation???

You had made a reservation through 3 Party, on your reservation showed you wanted a double, as we couldn't move you due to house full Hope we get to serve you in the near future
