Hotel agent was rude and wasn’t welcoming

I asked for water / straw and she said they didn’t have none that it’s a bar and that i had to go to the store to get some bottled water .. really?????

A DUMP

Cons: Shut it down, it's a dump
I booked a king size and received room 212 with a Queen size bed. Room smelled and hotel staff was rude. Stay away from this dump.

I have had knee surgery and had to walk down 5 flights of stair twice because the elevator kept going out and then got stuck on the 3rd floor on elevator for a few mins.They ran out of towels.My card didnt work because the battery was dead in the door.I have frequent Hyatt and the experience has never been like this before.No manager has called me about the inconvience or even gave a discount on my Credit Card.Highly Disappointed!!

It was too noisy in the hall on the first floor, the night or morning receptionist weren’t friendly and the AC popping off and on I didn’t care for.

Great hotel in the heart of the city

First, let me start by saying that the hotel does NOT accept cash at check in, despite what Expedia informs customers. With that being said, this hotel was perfect. The location is right next to the mall, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment in the area. Kristina was great, providing information upon check in. The only downfall was my showerhead was broken and would only stay in one position, but everything else was great.

Quick stay

While the staff I encountered were very pleasant and helpful, this hotel needs some work. The first room I was placed in had old painted over water stains on the bathroom ceiling, wallpaper coming off the walls and no hot water. The hotel hallway was dark, damp and hot. The second room I was moved to was a little nicer but the shower bar was falling off the wall. The bed was comfortable but squeaky. Overall, it was just ok but not worth the price I paid.

Very disappointed

This was my 3rd Hyatt Place this was not to the otheres standard -room showed several signs of wear -house keeping very inconsistent -front desk staff often not at desk -room floor hallway smelled

JUST WHAT I NEEDED

My room was clean, and bed soft as well as pillows. This is s requirement after working 12 hours a day. Night clerk who checked me in was understanding due to fact I was traveling from another state and arrived in the wee hrs of the morning. Breakfast buffet was hot with many selections. The bacon was crisp each day.
