Convenient location

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool. Convenient location and easy to find. Room was clean and spacious but lacked a microwave. There were no vending machines but the breakfast selections were hot and fresh and included pastries, hot sandwiches, fruit, muffins, as well as a variety of juices.

Does anything works!

Pros: The bed were comfortable and the furniture nice.
Cons: Need new refrigerator with a small freeze on top and put in microwave. Fixed the drainage no one want ankle deep water while showering.
Location: Excellent location great restaurants and shopping
The front desk staff courtesy and professional. The 2 elevator only one worked also, the 2 ice machine only one worked the whole time we were there which was 4 days and we were on the 4 floor. The room furniture was nice, and the beds were comfortable. Don't forget to placed GO GREEN sign on your bed if you want your sheets change which sign words were worn off could hardly read it. However, the refrigerator did not keep our drinks cool enough we replaced Medium size bag of ice everyday which helped. There was Poor drainage whenever you take a shower or use the sink to brush your teeth it start to fill up quickly. The hotel should be a smoke free environment. But on Saturday night about midnight Someone where smoking in the hallway or their room. Have to keep the bath room blower on all night then stuff the door with a bath body towel and keep A/C on the maximum to help clear up the smoke filled room. The buffet breakfast was OK except for the scramble eggs size of popcorn need a spoon to eat them. Lastly, every morning at 8:00 am the coffee would run out and staff person then will take 15 minutes to bring out new batch. By then we almost finish with our breakfast.

Nice hotel, central to where I had to go.

I like that it's close to a mall and eateries. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. This is my second time staying there and I would stay there again.

Not a great neighborhood. Plan on bringing your personal firearm to protect yourself and your family.

Hotel in die Jahre gekommen

Habe schon öfters in einem Hyatt Place übernachtet, dieses Hotel war in Ordnung, kam jedoch nicht an die bisherigen Aufenthalte heran. Das Bad (Badewanne und Toilette) war sehr eng und auch insgesamt war das Zimmer bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gerne übernachte ich wieder in einem Hyatt Place, aber nicht unbedingt in diesem. Frühstück und das freundliche Personal entsprachen dem gewohnten Hyatt Place Standard.

Cons: They need to update the bathrooms and the lounge, chairs are all stained and tables are all sticky.They also need to empty the garbage pails in front
The employees are very pleasant, but the furniture in the lounge needs to be replaced or cleaned, chairs are all stained, also bathrooms need to be updated. They should also have coffee ready for the early risers, they don't serve coffee till 6:30, when the kitchen opens. Holiday Inns have coffee all day.

Good For Short Stay

Good for a quick stay trip. My only real complaint was the bathroom had no privacy.
