Convenient but not pleased

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful
Cons: upkeep of the rooms, fix holes in the structure
Location: perfect
Check in was fast and pleasant. Location was convenient for what I was in town for. But the room was in poor condition for the price I paid. The was a hole in the wall by the coffee station, hole in the divider between the couch and the beds. The bathroom door dragged across the floor each time you opened or closed it so anytime someone went to the bathroom during the night it woke up everyone in the room. plus this room is not suited for any kind of privacy. I was traveling with my teenage boys so we all had to get dressed in with the toilet which is small and nowhere to put stuff or see what you are doing. poor design. Next time I will stay in one of the other hotels in the area.

Not so good due to the fact the Hyatt represenative was displeased upon my arrival. The represenative advised that the room I booked was not available and suggested an alternate solution. Great but not so great. The represenative then somehow found availbilty on which I orginally booked. I received the keys to the room and upon arriving the room had been occupied with another guest things. My husband and I didn't know what to do, we were astonished ,shock, confused,and felt a little in a danger zone. So overall I would have to rate inbetween, being that I have been a guest before and rate about the same thing then sue to other circumstances. Rooms are great nice and clean, service just needs more attention.

Great staff. Clean. Breakfast was great and absolutely loved the lady who makes/provides all the yummy breakfast foods:-) She really goes above what is expected of her.

Breakfast could be improved. Chairs were stained. Accessible Room was nice but only 1chair in accessible room. Bath products were nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location convenient to restaurants and shopping

We were kicked out because they said we were over combasity but the room said 4-6 people and it was only 6 of us I called in the morning and the general manage got on the phone and said I didn't have to leave because we were not over combasity because we had a double bed room . The security just wanted to mess with us
