Needs Help

Cons: Maintenance, breakfast, beds and housekeeping. You need more help.

The beds were like sleeping on straw. The cable was down in my room the first night. The staff tried to fix it but to no avail. they offered to send me to another room but I had already unpacked. The last night there I do not think that they even cleaned the room. Someone left an open bottle of mouthwash in the sink area but did not leave any soap or shampoo/conditioner. The breakfast has something to shoot for.

Terrible Bed

Mattress was worn out and very uncomfortable. Bathroom door was broken.

Room layout was good, but room was dirty. Floor sticky. Don't Think the sheets had been changed.
