Room, Service

Booked the 'Romantic Suite with Outdoor Hot Tub, City View'. I personally thought it was a tad too pricey, but I guess it's alright if you want to splurge once in awhile. Probably because it was a last minute booking & I assume I had the last room(?). Service was on the down side. Seemingly rude Front Desk Receptionist who did not know how to basically smile. This made me think it was a total waste having to pick this hotel, for the amount I paid for only 1 night. Breakfast was nothing special either. Then again, my partner & I enjoyed our stay in our room - luckily.

Feedback on the hotel.

Will not recommend, for this amount ($150+) i can go for somewhere else nicer. Slept halfway and the electricity went off. No hot water at all. Slow staff, called the front desk so many times no answer when i needed help. Waste of my time. Definitely no way that I will come back.

my 1st stay and this stay was a huge different. room was small and not enough charging port. tv will sudden blast volume when changing channel

Not worth staying here for the price. Better alternatives nearby. Grotty room: caters to large groups on budget travel packages rather than individuals

Never stay here...

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Why this place is rated at 3.5 I will never know.. whoever votes this higher than 1 is dillusional. Rude staff. Dirty and incredibly small rooms. Horrible bed. Unedible breakfast. Just an all round terrible experience. Not to mention the price at a 50% discount was still way too much for this place. I feel sorry for anyone who paid full price to stay here. Dont waste your time or money on this hotel.

Cozy Staycation

Overall stay was a nice staycation experience, just that got a short shock when Moon n Hotel.com did not connect up on my booking when I arrive for check in, but that was settled promptly by the staff

Compact and Central

24 hours front desk means I didn't have to worry about arriving late. I requested for a wake up call and I got the call right on time. Room was compact but well equipped with towels and hairdryer.
