“ Everything is great ”

“The stay blew away our expectations. We got a suite instead of a single room. The staff were probably the friendliest people in Copenhagen. The views of the canal out the window, the details paid to everything (the hidden fridge), the great water pressure. It's been years, maybe decades since a hotel impressed me as much as our stay at the Kanalhuset did.”

“Magnifique séjour, la chambre était belle et fonctionnelle. Lit très confortable. Le déjeuner excellent. La buanderie super. L’hôtel bien situé pour partir en croisière.”

“Everything was really nice except the shower space is quite small and also the room doesn’t have air conditioning and you need to make sure the staff provide you duvet that fits the weather - went in spring/early summer and they gave me feather duvet and it’s just killing me at night. Location is good and staff is really friendly and helpful! ”

“The rooms are nicely decorated and clean but poorly designed. The bathroom that has the toilet and shower is tiny. The shower in our travel trailer has more room. I would not recommend this hotel for larger size people. The elevator only stops on the floor you’re staying on. Our children’s room was on a different floor which our room key couldn’t access. With some reluctance the staff gave us a separate room key for their floor.”

“No regular house keeping but can book via whatsapp or call, house keeping is very thorough, and refilled all of the essentials. Reception replies very quickly through whatsapp and is very helpful. The location is ok convenient, located in a residential part, has a cheap supermarket Netto just around the corner, and a 10 to 15 mins walk to the østerport station. Air con is really strong, kitchen facilities are excellent but quite old esp the exhaust fan. A lot kitchen utensils available. Quite……

“I love this boutique hotel group and would stay with them again in a heartbeat. This hotel recently opened and everything is lovely. The rooms are so comfortable, great bed and soft sheets, blackout blinds. We slept really well. Staff are very kind and helpful, definitely ask for recommendations in the area and they are happy to offer suggestions. Breakfast is excellent.”
