"This spot was a lucky find! This lovely home was spotless and well-appointed. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Souris. The location is perfect- with wonderful spots to explore by car and by foot. The neighbours were very friendly and helpful- and we cannot say enough good things about our hosts, who went above and beyond to accommodate us. "This house on the water was just beautiful. Spacious, extremely clean, well-appointed, and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. My husband and I (and our dog Sweetie Pie) really enjoyed our vacation in this gorgeous home. I went home extremely jealous of the kitchen, in particular. Nick and Gloria were extremely gracious and welcoming but also gave us lots of privacy. The house has gorgeous views and is right on the beach, but there is a small cliff at the edge of the yard. However, the beach is a 5 min walk along the shoreline. There's another beautiful beach on Cove Road less than 5 mins away by car. Convenient to Souris, which has two grocery stores, a hardware store, a dollar store, and thrift store. Wish we had known that before we stocked up in Charlottetown on our way out! The locals were also extremely warm and welcoming. We were looking for a restful place to relax and enjoy the views, long hikes/walks, and the scenery. We definitely got what we wanted. It is a bit of a haul to Charlottetown, which is the closest city, about an hour's drive. But the eastern end of PEI is delightful. Lots of lighthouses, beautiful beaches, and good hiking. We will definitely be back!"
