Room was clean and comfortable. Property appears to be well maintained and looked after. The gentleman (Matthew) who checked us in was excellent, a real professional. He was polite, courteous and offered suggestions for us to consider on where to eat. When we arrived at our room we discovered that it hadn’t been made up yet. Matthew Immediately moved us to a much bigger and nicer room while apologizing profusely for our inconvenience. We had been travelling for ten plus hours and while tired, the ten minute inconvenience was worth it to experience the great care and competence provided by Matthew. Would definitely stay here again.

great stay , good breakfeast , easy check in , there is road construction in this area , but you do have access to and from the location , the construction is not the fault of the Hotel it affects all the buisnesses in the area .

Sister visit
Check in was great, I stayed 2 nights. On my second day returning to the hotel it was raining and cold, couldn’t get into my room, had to walk to the lobby to see why, took me a couple times of ringing the bell at desk to get attention of clerk. She checked and said they only had me for one night, I commented then why would they clean my room with my things still there. She reset key card and all was good. I have stayed here before and will again, just the only issue. Rose was fantastic clerk and my room very clean and comfortable.

Quick check in and check out. Able to get amenity needed for disabled spouse without any problem. Bed very comfortable. Quiet. Road work horrible in area but not hotels fault--easy to get in and out. Pay attention to where you are going or gets complicated.

This was the nicest Best Western we have ever stayed at. Our room was spacious; staff was very polite. Everything was very clean; bed was very comfortable. Excellent restaurant in easy walking distance. We plan to stay again on our next trip.

The property is old and in need of updates. Room was not very clean. The air conditioner was not on when we walked into our room. The room was hot and muggy, the floors were sweating. It took an hour for the room to cool down and be comfortable. Lots of road construction around the hotel making it difficult to get into and out of. It was really a motel not a hotel.

Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

First of all this was a motel not a hotel and it was gross. When walked in our room it did not smell good. Our sink had fallen through the vanity. We call the front desk and were given another room. It smelled worse than the first one. This room had mold around the doorways and the bathroom ceiling. The rooms did not look like the pictures on the website. There was blood on the concert outside of our room. Our family did not feel safe there and we did not stay! The hotel staff was nice and she tried to help us.

Not Best Western Standards..BW lost customers
Never have I experienced a Best Western at this degrading condition. When I arrived I was told I had to leave a $100 cash deposit due to the vandalism condition of the hotel (warning #1). When we got to the room the white covered beds had stains on them(warning #2). I called and explained I didn't want to be held responsible for the current condition of the room. The reply was ma'am do you want new bedding? I said yes of course, the reply was come to the front desk and I'll give you some...so I suppose to fix their filth? (Warning #3) Then going into the restroom the bottom corner of the bathroom door was damaged and the toilet seat had dried spots on it looking like urine stains and smelled of urine.(warning #4) Breakfast next morning the lady was very friendly and was trying to make our meal perfect. When the orange juice looked like apple juice but tasted nothing like apple juice. When they opened all boxes labels orage juice the concetrate was all the same and clearly not orange juice so that goes back to corporate error not the workers that was trying to do their best. It appears the manager of this establishment has let damage slowly demenish the property 🤔. So disappointed in Best Western would allow this hotel carry thier name. We didnt experince bed bugs or see roaches but the condition of the hotel is not Best Western Standards. I will never stay her again and think again before staying at Best Western Hotels.

easy friehdly check in , the lady handling the breakfeast in th e morning was friendly kept the food well serviced and the dining area clean and sanitized . check in person was very friendly and helpful .room was clean with no bad oders.the only problem we had was there was only 3 pillows on the bed when we checked in and when we asked for a forth we got it immediately. .

The hotel was deserted so we did not have any issues with Parking or room. Room was decent but to access common areas or lobby you need to go outside (Not fun in winter) The breakfast buffet was supposed to have hot items, but the attendant refused to refill anything and brought exactly 4 eggs 45 minutes before end time of buffet. Also the 11 AM checkout is ridiculous. The hotel rooms all have direct access from parking which is good but also bad that to access anything in the lobby you need to

My room was very nice. Did not hear loud traffic noise. Hot breakfast was very good as well. The staff was AWESOME!! Extremely nice and helpful.

Great value
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Extremely impressed with the shower head in the bathroom . Staff was super friendly. Great location near freeway entrance. Would definitely stay again.
