Disappointing

Pros: The Hotel itself was ok but the experience was very disappointing.
Cons: Read above.
Location: Location was okay and close to food outlets.
When I checked in to what I thought was supposed to be a King Room for a quoted price plus tax I was informed that all that was left was smoking King Rooms & I had to pay extra for a double room!!!! They said I hadn't booked a non-smoking room and when I said I would never not do that as I always book non-smoking, their next 'excuse' was that on the Expedia site I hadn't been given the choice but either way it wasn't their problem & as I was there, all the way from Australia I might add for the Tom Petty concert that night, I didn't have a lot of choice but to pay the extra & have a double room. I must say that Expedia need to lift their game if it's true I couldn't pick non-smoking. I can't remember it was 4 months ago!!!!

Great way to start vacation!

Stayed here the first night of a 3 week trip. Comfortable, clean, great beds. Hotel staff pleasant and helpful. I can only hope the rest of our nights of our vacay are as pleasant and relaxing as this night was.

Get what you pay for. Not the best I have stayed at but not the worst either. Don't think we will stay again.

Clean, comfy, friendly staff

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfy, they kept us stocked with clean towels, and the breakfast was really good. We will stay there again!!

Third time staying here and as always, an excellent stay. Room very clean, staff excellent, and breakfast wasn't bad either

Cons: I need my receipt for the cost of the room.
Very comfortable. Walls a little thin. No elevator. Breakfast good. Bed very comfortable and clean.

most comfortable bed ever!

Everything was great. Only issue is that the foyer area is so large, the rooms above it (where I was) pick up every conversation at the front desk when they talk loudly. During my stay, the hostesses gathered there at night and would talk and laugh - normally fine but with the large chamber, the noise was very loud in my room. The hostesses will need to be mindful of this and speak softly or gather behind the desk instead.

Free room service from local restaurants, awesome. Highly recommend. Cookies too. Nice front desk. Spacious rooms. Yes yes yes. What more can I say except try it for yourself because you can't try it for ourself whatever that means don't think too hard about it it's cheap and it's good. Seriously, what more do you want from me ?? Still not enough? I'm just. Curious how ling you'll let this go on and how long I'll let this go on
