Customer service was excellent..only two things I noticed..the bathroom faucet wasn’t cleaned.. toothpaste spit all over it and the microwave was really dirty..but these were minor and if ever this way I would stay here again.

not the best neighborhood area, front desk clerk was the kindest, sweet person. Our TV wouldn't work, she came in, got it working. Mattresses weren't the best but clean. Nicely decorated lobby and room. Coffee in lobby 24/7 plus coffee maker in room.

The place is run down, no elevator and when I arrived they did not show my reservation in their system. The mgr was called and while discussing another guest at the same time it took a while to finally have them check me in. Mgr could see the reservation on the hotel.com site but not on the location system. No breakfast really to speak of (fruit and cereal only) and room had a smell of "old" to it. Clock wasn't even plugged in. It was conveniently located which was the plus. The front desk clerk was friendly and check out was quick. Quicker than check in for sure.

The hotel was nice, clean and staff was great. The street that it was on was a little confusing to get to and the neighborhood a little sketchy but all in all was a great stay.

I certainly do not want to imply that I had a negative experience. I work for a nonprofit organization, and so I am always looking for nice, low-priced hotels. This certainly fit the bill. The staff is super nice, the hotel is quiet and clean, the bed and pillows were reasonably comfortable. It’s just pretty Spartan. The breakfast set up is basically just bagels, muffins, waffles, and cereal. Maid service is every three days unless you ask for it. Now, if you do ask, the staff is very quick to be helpful and accommodating. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is kind of sketchy. I would not use the word “unsafe,” but it’s certainly not an area that I would go walking around in after dark either. Not much in the way of restaurants nearby either. I did find it to be convenient to major highways, and it’s only about 15 minutes from Little Rock Airport, so for my purposes, I was pleased at the value I got for the low price. If you are on a budget and you are looking for a clean, quiet place to stay for one night, you’ve got a winner here. However, if you are staying for more than a day or two, you might want to keep looking.

Clean, hospitable and busy.
We had a wedding to attend and we stayed two nights in the Quality Inn. It was very busy with a bit of noise. The breakfast was excellent and the lady at the front desk was hospitable. She made us a pot of coffee one afternoon. The smell of cleaning products was a bit strong.

Great pit stop
We just stopped for the night on a long drive. The room was huge and very clean. There was a little bit of a weird smell when we first arrived but we got used to it. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable so we slept great. So we’ll we missed breakfast! Our dog enjoyed the little yard out back. We had stayed once before and we probably will again.

Very clean, updated room. Neighborhood isn’t as nice as some in Little Rock, but don’t let that stop you from having a great stay at a great price. Check out Hideaway Pizza for great options. Would definitely stay again.
