We had a great stay at the property. Staff were attentive and the property was in great condition. Additionally, during my last stay at the property, I gave a rating that listed the breakfast at poor. During our stay this time the breakfast was much better.

Great place. Only complaint is that the splash pad was broke and the heat for the pool didn’t work so it was extremely cold in the pool area and so was the water.

Safe and quiet location, and the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room needed a little cleaning. We stepped on food crumbs from a prior person next to the bed, and the bathroom floor needed swept. The beds were really comfortable and the room was quiet. The fold out couch mattress sits at a weird angle, which can be tough to maneuver past if needing to use the rest room. Breakfast was okay. The kids loved the waffles but a lot of items were out. Overall, a decent stay

When asked at the reception to do something the lady said you can check out.
I was supposed to check out the next day so if asked to change and clean the room but by evening I returned the room was as it is. Very disappointed and very poor service and even the management was not helpful 😖
Location of the property was nice, check in was smooth for the most party, and the receptionist was great. The reason we booked this hotel was to was because of the indoor pool and splash area so our kids would be able to play for a little while. The pool was not very clean it had a skinny residue across the bottom and just looked kind of dingy. The only ladder on the deep end of the pool was broken and the splash pad was out of order which we were not told about until we arrived. When we got to our room I noticed our mattresses didn’t have plastic covers and when I went to tuck in the fitted sheet I notice I could smell urine. So I pulled back the sheets to check the mattress and they were both covered in pee. When we told the receptionist she informed us the manager was not in and the only thing she could do for us is place us in a different room and we agreed that would be fine. The next two rooms we checked were worse then the first, one even had used candy wrappers under the sheets. Do to no other facility having vacancy we just went back to the 1st room and asked for extra bedding. The shower also did not drain very well even with the plug removed.
They wouldn’t let us check in unless we said we had at least $150 in the bank, even though the room was already paid for up front and they had a credit card on file. They didn’t even charge the card. Then after we got the keys it took 4 trips back and forth to the desk to even get the keys to work. After we got past that the stay was ok.
Nicely updated, ultra, comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff, reasonably nice breakfast, plenty of parking, and in a great location. A wonderful value for the price. Definitely boxes above its weight class!

The staff at the property was great. After my stay I had questions regarding my bill and after calling the number that google recommended I was disconnected and transferred multiple times by Comfort Inn personnel (not sure where they were located) who were extremely rude. I had one hang up on me. If I could get through to Little Rock staff I would stay at this place again but will never deal with Comfort Suites again. Terrible!!!

Check-in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was super clean and larger than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The only improvement I would suggest is to have coffee available all day and to have regular creamer or half and half. (All the creamer was flavored.)

Thank You for your review. Our apologies for the miscommunication with Expedia. Expedia website does state there is a "kiddie pool" as opposed to a Splashpad which we currently do not have. Comfort Suites website does state that the Splashpad is not available. I do hope you enjoyed our many other amenities for which we are known.

If you’re booking because the Splash pad appeals to you, call ahead and make sure it’s working. Chose this location because of the splash pad, checked in with three kiddos, no mention until the kids had changed and we were entering the pool area.

Nice place to stay. Breakfast was good. Ended up staying here because the elevator was out of order at the La Quinta. Lots of eating places & restaurants near by.
