Unfriendly staff

Pros: Cost of room
Cons: Identify unfriendly staff members and train them to provide hospitality and friendly atmosphere. Pillows were awful, bed was okay.
Location: The location was near the airport and within walking distance of a restaurant.
Upon receiving my room key I asked the female staff member where the location of my room was located. She responded by saying it was in the back of the property and did not offer to show me on the map. After several minutes of looking for my room, I attempted to use my key card to gain entry. After several minutes of trying I was unsuccessful in opening the door. Two housekeepers happened to come by and attempted to open the door as well without success. Finally I went back to the front office and told the "unpleasant" female staff member the issue. Without saying a word took my key from me and exchanged it for another and stated it will work now. Again I went back to my room and tried the new key without success. Again I went back to the office and told her the issue and she finally game me another room. Once in my room I immediately noticed it did not have a refrigerator and/or microwave like the other rooms; and it did not have a TV remote. I called the unpleasant female staff member and she explained that some rooms don't have those amenities. At that time I had no choice but accept her answer. I asked her for a TV remote and she stated housekeeping would bring me one. I left for several hours and came back to find no TV remote. I called the front office again and spoke to a pleasant male staff member. He accommodated me by bringing me a removed and attempted to "pair" it with the TV. Unsuccessful, the man moved me to another room.

Because of the weather and having a flight out at 6 am, we decided to spend the night close to the airport No problem making the reservation Everyone was very helpful

Pros: easy to get to from airport.
Cons: It seem to have a couple people just standing around outside with a late check in seem odd.
The room seem to be out dated. The room could use a deep clean. The toilet ran all night. The room seem to lacking in the cleaning department. The lady at front desk took credit card in case of damages only. But there is a hold on my credit card.

Pros: NIce staff - comfy rooms
Cons: The nonsmoking rooms are SOOO smoked up its hard to put into words. I grew up with parents smoking inside & Ive still never smelled anything so strong
Great in all categories except one. The room I stayed in was a nonsmoking room, & was unquestionably the HEAVIEST smoking room Ive ever been in in my life. It was hard to sleep because it was SO strong. Our bags clothes and hair all reaked of cigarette smoke afterwards.

This place is run down needs to be updated! They tried to paint the whole bathroom one color including the bathtub LOL and the paint is coming off! The whole hotel room needed to be gutted and remodeled and probably the whole hotel!

My key was not working to my room and she would not assist me on get back in my room.
