Never againPosted Aug 19, 2015
I booked a double, smoking room downstairs due to my disability. It was available on your site. I booked it. After checking in, we ended up gping to 3 different rooms, one an upstairs suite with loose wiring and a tv that didn't work. After an hour and twenty minutes, we finally agreed to take a king with bed UPSTAIRS! No large sunken tub, not even in the suite the desk clerk attempted to put us in (upstairs).

it was okPosted Aug 13, 2015
It was ok. Just a lot of out dated furnishings. But i guess for the price it was ok.

Close to Little Rock AirportPosted Aug 9, 2015
Pros: It was suitably clean, with a firm mattress, and a good AC. Wake up call was on time.
Cons: The night desk manager could have been a little friendlier. He acted a bit surly.
Location: Within two miles of the airport, and next door to a Waffle House restaurant.
It was good to not have to drive very far when I was exhausted from an international flight.

Pros: Quiet, good breakfast, good neighborhood.
Cons: Room cleanliness. Cobwebs above bathroom doorway, dead bugs on the walls, and a weird musty odor.
Easy to check in and out. Hotel is in a decent neighborhood next to the airport -- air traffic did not bother us. Small problems with cleanliness of room.

This was the worst hotel experience i had. Come out of town to get treated with no customer service, no care in the world, disrespected, had to go to walmart and purchase towels, was told had to wait till 8 o'clock the next morning to get towels, room was not clean properly, bugs, water leaked from ceiling from the upper room, crack in door etc

Never staying here again !Posted Jul 22, 2015
Whew, what went right at this Hotel ? Was a rough checkin, parking lot was schetchy and room wasn't nice or super clean. The morning was even worse. Woke up and attempted to eat breakfast, where several items weren't out as no one was keeping up with the area. I asked if more bread and coffee could be added and the male attendant looked at the clock and gave me a frown. Another customer got my attention and showed me where to replenish the food, which I did. Then we had another customer, knock on our door and ask questions... told staff and they called police. Shower wouldn't drain and bathroom was small.

Close to the Clinton Airport in Little Rock.Posted Jul 15, 2015
Pros: The Staff, definitely. They do the very best they can with what they have to work with and they are for sure the hotel's finest asset.
Cons: The owner needs to invest in room upgrades starting with the A/C, new room carpet and exterior/interior paint. Breakfast menu needs work, add bacon.
Location: The nearby service station was very helpful since we were on foot after returning our rental car. Next door is a Waffle House!. Pool was terrific!
Stayed there on July 12,13,14. Checked out on the 14th. In town for the World Tae Kwon Do Tournament with the Grandkid. I needed a couple of days after the TKD Tournament for recovery before flying back to Reno. Just looking for a bed, shower, A/C, pool for the GK and nearby food. Days Inn met all those needs very well. Can't say enough about the Desk Managers.. all were pleasant and customer service savy, particularly the lovely Vicky. Vicky seemed adapt at multi tasking and she quickly solved what little problems we had such as being sure we had enough towels and arranging without any delay for Shuttle transport from and to the Clinton Airport nearby. Then again I was impressed by all of the Days Inn employees I encountered from maid service to maintenance to the desk managers. All seemed to make a point of being responsive and to do their best at Customer Relations. The motel, itself, is in need of some repair and remodeling, but I didn't expect to have a 5Star Hotel for 1 Star prices. The courtesy and smiles of the hotel staff made up for much that the appearance of the hotel lacked and any 5 Star Hotel would do well to have such employees working for them. The bed, shower and A/C all made the room comfortable. The affable maintenance guy quickly fixed a problem we had with the A/C. My GK enjoyed the pool and we had Fried Catfish, Fried Chicken and snacks from the nearby service station. I would stay there again. Vicky and company were wonderful.

Basic but cheapPosted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: Pool in the middle of complex, cheerful lady at checkin
Cons: A bit rundown so could use a lick of paint or a waterblast
Location: Good for a quick night before flying out somewhere as is close to the airport and cheap price. Only had waffle house next door for eats.
Room a bit small for family of 5 but good and basic service and breakfast and laundry room
