Ehhh ... OK ...

Maybe it was the only room it had left that day, but I was given a room built for a handicapped person (rails on both sides of the toilet, phone next to the toilet and a fold-down seat for a standing shower). There might have been a person that needed it more than I did. The only other thing was the TV. The remote was hard to use, and when I would change channels the TV would go to black for an extended period of time. I finally had to turn it off and say forget it.

Needed a place to sleep after a late flight into town. Met my expectations for the price and the young man at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I'd stay here again if I'm back in town.

Location: trip was to visit family. weren't enough time for sight seeing
people were very pleasant and nice. Lost ignition key and people were honest and turned it into hotel staff. clean decent rooms, very affordable. thank you

Plumbing problems. Staff could not find plunger used a "snake" but clog beyond toilet.

Ok hotel.. Just your 50.00 a night hotel

Only thing bad about this hotel is the smoke smell in the room. The hair dryer and cord and all electrical outlets and switches were yellow from smokers.

Clean rooms, nice staff, breakfast. Easy in and out. Excellent location. Near food, or get order in from local businesses. 5 Stars!

Needs Renovation & More Effort

Pros: .... The water in the shower was hot.
Cons: Everything could be improved.
Location: It was on the main street of Oak and around all the restaurants and near the interstate 40.
This hotel is run down and needs renovation badly. It looked so bad that I was surprised that it was bed-bug free. The door didn't close well and the fridge made a constant ticking noise throughout the night. My back hurt from the rough mattress the following morning. This is the definition of a seedy motel.

Had to change rooms. First had a terrible smell. After that it was very average. Nice staff rough looking rooms
