Stayed here for Big Dam Bridge bike ridePosted Sep 28, 2015
Pros: Everything, very nice. Convenient location.
Cons: They should have immediately apologized & offered at least free parking, something! -% off room! Imagine if I had walked in on someone!!!!!!
Location: Right in downtown Little Rock.
Great hotel, great room. The hotel clerk must have been very overwhelmed by the huge crowd for this bike ride. She actually checked me in & gave me keys to someone else's room whose occupants had the same last name as me. I entered the room, noticed luggage in the room, left immediately, & went back down & told the clerk. Thank goodness no one was in the room at the time. She gave me another room, but she and I both forgot to turn in the key cards to the first room. I later realized this and threw them away. This has never happened to me before! Kinda scary to think about what could have happened!!!!

Good location for downtown nightlifePosted Sep 16, 2015
Pros: I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.
Cons: Staff at the front desk was not the friendliest upon check in.
Location: This hotel is located near downtown Little Rock and allowed for a short walk to several bars and restaurants.
This hotel was very quite and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again.

Arkansas vs Toledo Football GamePosted Sep 14, 2015
Pros: Southern Hospitality!
Cons: Getting the parking slip stamped. Seems like it could be a better way, but I guess they are 2 separate businesses.
Location: Restaurant and nightlife friendly. Plenty of fast food restaurants to choose from
The staff was very friendly! We have friends that are from Arkansas, and they always speak about southern hospitality. I felt it right away. Front desk guy called me "Mr" the whole time, gave us cookies and were very helpful. They always asked if we needed anything. It was a great stay! The only thing that i was disappointed about was our beds didn't get made up Saturday morning, and when we returned from the game, the do not disturb sign was on the door, but we didn't put it there. However, our bathroom was cleaned. smh

Superb ServicePosted Aug 19, 2015
Location: The hotel is located in a very convenient spot. We were in walking distance to the children's museum and River Market district.
I'll start with the somewhat negative first: The rooms are a tad rundown but that is quickly forgiven by the courteous staff and their attention to making sure your stay is enjoyable. I was informed by management, renovations are to being in the next year or so.

Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about your recent stay here at the Doubletree by Hilton Little Rock. I agree with you that our location is top notch and so easy to walk to great venues in the downtown area or take the trolley (which stops in front of our hotel) to all of these great locations. You are also correct that we are going to have a major renovation to our rooms and we are very excited about all the fantastic updates and changes that we are going to be able to offer. We are pleased that our staff was friendly, welcoming and attentive to you while you were here. Thank you again for such a glowing review and we look forward to welcoming you back the next time you are here in the Little Rock area! Karen Dunne Guest Service and Events Manager

Older hotel needs to be demolishedPosted Jul 27, 2015
The place is just worn out. small rooms, elevators that are slow and at most 2 of 3 are working.

Adequate for a weekend stay.Posted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: Good location in downtown Little Rock.
Cons: Only 3 elevators for a 14 story hotel with 3 levels of parking. No service elevators? the housekeeping crew had to used the guest elevators.
Location: Great restaurants in the Market area. Fun and historic ride on the trolley car.
The norm for hotels today is to have fluffy warm comforters. But in the summer in the south we could not get the air-conditioning in the room cold enough to sleep under the comforter. No lighter weight blanket was available in the room to substitute. Yes we should have called the desk but at the time I just wanted to get some sleep.

Decent hotel for the pricePosted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: However on the positive note the beds are comfortable and overall we had a decent stay for being there for just a weekend. The staff was friendly and
Cons: AC units need to be upgraded throughout the whole hotel. Including the hallways too. The rooms could use mini fridges, & elevators need serious help
Location: Everything is located within a mile and walking distance. No need for transportation really
While we were pleasantly surprised that we were upgraded to the top floor and a suite the hotel definitely had some issues. The rooms do not come with mini fridges which we could have used to store some of our food in or drinks to keep cold. We were only down to one AC unit in our room so it wasn't the coldest in the 100 degree weather we had while we were visiting. The floors of the hotel were quite warm like there was no AC on them which many guests complained about. Overall the whole hotel was too warm for July weather. The balcony had a pan under the AC unit and there was a large amount of water on the balcony that you couldn't utilize unless you stood in it because of the AC dripping onto balcony and pan hadn't been emptied in a while. The elevators were beyond slow and there must have been a programming issue because if you pushed to go down it would take you down however if someone had called it to go up it would stop and take you back to whatever floor you were on. It took us 5 minutes to get from top floor to the garage. However on the positive note the beds are comfortable and overall we had a decent stay for being there for just a weekend. The staff was friendly and didn't have an issue trying to accommodate us when we asked for something. The lobby is nice and bright and the breakfast was pretty decent although overpriced.

disappointing for Hilton familyPosted Jul 22, 2015
Pros: Location was good
Cons: see above
Location: Clinton Library, statehouse, river area
Maid service was poor for extra days. Didn't fully provide extras requested left via note. Towels not fully replenished and no washcloth replacement. Booked a suite but did not have it. reduced room and rate.
