Very nice Hotel, bed and room was clean and comfortable, and quiet. We ate dinner and breakfast cause the food was delish. At the check in you get a free cookie!

Pros: Good location, nice views of the river, staff was very friendly including the shuttle drivers.
Cons: The AC was either blowing too hard or off and the room got too warm before the AC would come back on. Te only place to sit was on the bed.
Location: Submarine tour and trolley tour were great.
rooms were a bit small. Elevators are slow. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel but rude and pushy staff

Room was nice but had a flickering light that no one from hotel could fix. More importantly, despite having the do not disturb sign on door, house keeping came by twice before we checked out and called once at 10:55 asking if we were planning on staying another night. Check out was supposed to be at 11. We were out by 11:05 but were being harassed by house keeping as of 9:30 to get out sooner.

Hotel in Tranformation

Pros: Nice location next to the river.
Cons: See above.
Location: Close to downtown government agencies and places to eat. Fairly close to the Presidential library. About a 10 minute ride to the airport.
The Double Tree in Little Rock is going through some renovations. The created some delays and inconvenience for the guests at the DT. The elevators were under maintenance, which resulted in guests waiting 10-15 minutes for an elevator. The staircase as an alternative was inconvenient and designed for emergency because it dumped you out into the street at ground level. The restaurant was understaffed as if they were surprised that people showed up for breakfast. The serving staff was very polite and accommodated to the best of their ability, but they needed about 3 more servers during the breakfast hours. There was an incident at the hotel bar that management should have taken care of. A patron was drunk and became loud and disorderly. He was loud and demeaning to the wait staff and other patrons. He needed to be removed from the premises. Hotel management staff was in the area, but they were unwilling to address the situation. The group I was with eventually left to avoid contact with the individual.
