Pleasant Experience

Posted Apr 5, 2016 on Hotels
Hotel asked if they could down-grade us from king to queen, and offered our choice of comps, which worked for us. We ended up with a restaurant credit and free parking. The room was clean and nice--had all the preferred amenities outside of a luggage rack. The pool is outside and was closed, so if you want a pool make sure the weather is fitting. There is no indoor pool.

Good location downtown and close to our family

Posted Mar 23, 2016 on Orbitz
We did enjoy our stay in the hotel last weekend. We did have to wait to check in because I had requested the concierge floor. We had about a 35 minute wait. We were tired and my husband went to sleep in a chair in the lobby. Our room was nice but we had trouble getting the temperature warm enough. We were not in the room but at night and did not call down for help. The garage stamping checking in and out could be better but understand the problem. We do enjoy being at this hotel when we visit our family in Little Rock.

Did not get what I had to pay for!

Posted Mar 14, 2016
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Partly my fault for waiting until one week before a concert to book my room. Had to pay over $224 for a single night for a very small room with out dated decor, no safe, no microwave, no refrigerator. Not what I expected from a Double Tree Hilton!

Important message for hotel manager!

Posted Mar 10, 2016 on Hotels
There was a marathon going on Sunday morning and my son was picking me up but could not get down the street to the hotel. The wonderful doorman, Lee, not only drove me three blocks to meet my son but then dragged a huge suitcase for me to the car. He was such a help to me because I am 70 years old. Above and beyond tremendous service. Please, please pass this on to the hotel manager! I do not have the phone number.
