Conference stay

Stayed for a couple day conference. The check in was quick with helpful staff. The room was very clean. The sofa/bed was a bit worn but otherwise the room was in good shape. The reception was nice with a selection of beverages, chips, cheese, fruit and salsa. Breakfast was quite large with something for everyone. Room service was faster than my experience at a lot of other hotels. Overall, a very good experience.

We wanted to enjoy the hot tub but it was full of foam from too much chlorine. We got in tub anyway but eyes started burning it was so strong and way too hot. VERY disappointed about it because it was one of reasons we wanted to stay there. Is a very beautiful hotel.

The experience itself was great but I left a very expensive bottle of liquid vitamins in the room in the fridge and attempted to call several times and kept getting transfered to voicemails where i left messages with no calls ever returned to me. The stay was fine but make sure you get all your belongings because once you check out, they could care less if you are pleased past that point.

Worst Embassy Suites experiences the AC belt was squeaking all night with a loud noise it was terrible
