The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that i didn't like was there was a family that brought there dog into the eating area. I would prefer not to have people 's pets area my table when I'm eating. Especially when they were throwing food on the carpet to feed the dog. I don't mind pets but i prefer not to have them around my food.

The property was convenient. However, the bathroom had insects., i.e, gnats or fleas around the base of the bathtub. The 2nd room that they placed me in was larger. However, it looked like it was not completely furnished, and the carpet was filthy. I should be reimbursed for this hotel stay. It was completely out of character with Embassy Suites I've visted before.

This hotel needs a serious rehaul. The elevator I was in nearly trapped a few of us as we were trying to go up. My room looked cheap, and it was the King's suite. My room was not ready during my check-in time.

The place is showing its age. There were decorative pieces of the furniture missing. The soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower were empty. The breakfast was mediocre at best. There was no meat out on the bar. Apparently the only way to get bacon or sausage was to wait in the omelette line which was long and had only one person making things. Not a great stay.

Room smells of cigarettes. Table leg in the living room is broken. Burns and stains in the carpet. Cabnet in the bathroom has a broken hinge. Stains on the chairs, all furniture has damage or is completely broken. Doors have stains and peeling paint. All three of the elevators have spit/stains on the walls/doors. The front desk was very nice and all lights in the room worked. This is a 1.5-2 star hotel mascarading as a 4 star. I feel scammed

I love the Embassy Suites, but a few updates are needed! The breakfast staff should be increased. The line was extra long. The breakfast area was super cold. The parking deck was not very secure…Very Open and creepy elevator to get to the parking deck. The lobby area was nice but the room was very outdated. The rooms are spacious but should be updated to match the lobby area.

We stayed here to be close to Baptist for a doctors appointment. We stayed during bad weather snow and ice. The room was warm and the shower was hot! We always chose food from the buffet but this time we ordered omelets. The chef that made us omelets was so nice and made us feel very comfortable.

Overall a pretty decent stay. When we arrived we noticed that the fire alarm was going off in the bedroom, indicating that the battery needed to be changed. This is something that I would have thought the hotel would be on top of, however they were quick to rectify it. Breakfast was okay. Buffet breakfast options were limited and the custom to order omelet chef struggled to prepare the right order requests every day of our stay. 2 of the 3 elevators were operational within the facility, but the two that were functional were quick at least. Staff was friendly and happy to help. Location is perfect and within a 10 minute or less drive to food, super markets like Walmart, malls, etc. Overall a decent stay.

We checked in and did not have sheets or pillows provided for our pull out bed. We could not get in contact with guest services and front desk staff would not answer the phone. The room was dirty, we had to clean the fridge for use there was sticky substances spilled all over the handle. The room was marketed as hypoallergenic but the bed headboard was covered in dust and the handle in the shower was broken causing my wife to almost fall out of the shower, other than that the stay was average.

The location was great. Guest service was great, but I felt that for the price for our hotel, the maintenance of the room should and could have been much better, especially for Embassy brand. The lobby and lounge area was well maintained. However the room we were booked in was dirty, the wall paper on the ceiling were peeling off, there was large stain juice on the carpet in two spots, the trim on the sink counter was peeling off, and some trash crum was tucked away underneath the sofa that was easily visible as you walk into the room. We paid $195.00 for one night for a room cleanliness of a motel price. Pretty disappointed, we had higher expectations for Embassy Suites. Not up to par to its branding.

I was charged an extra 100 + and did not receive an invoice for the charges, the Managers welcome party was a joke , we stayed there twice and chips and salsa was less then adequate, It used to be pizza for the kids and some form of pasta and salad for the adults, the rooms were very dated and the carpets were stained, at least Motel 6 keeps the lights on

My room wall was pealing an had spots like there had been a leak an the floor had alot of big red spots they offered half my money back but say i have to contact expedia first so they can contact the property

Excellent Choice
The suites was excellent and comfortable. The location is safe. The staff is amazing.Shoutout to Victor, Lori, Darrell and the rest of the staff.
