It was an ok place to stay. The rooms smelled a bit. Needed to be some more cleaning. Maybe use more freshner cleaning products. One of the lady was very rude wasn't to friendly as the guy I spoken to early.Besides that, it was ok.

Don't consider

Hotel in high crime area location. Taxi drivers weary of coming to drop off and pick up at area. Hotel across street employs off duty cops for security. Room smelled of smoke even with non smoking booked. Sheets not clean, smelled. Towels old. Bathroom unclean. Light fixtures broken and missing parts. Do not stay here.

The staff was really rude and unreliable, they allowed people to constantly fight to the point you could here it through the walls not once did they say one word to the these people. They show favoritism.

My heater doesnt work in my room , i have reported to front desk but the matter hasnt been resolved yet . The staff members act funny when you complain when youre the one paying your money

I wnt complain about the hotel but the staffs and employees that work there at the service desk . The manager Mrs. Matthew never return any of phone calls or respond to my complaints.
