The hotel room was nasty bed sheets wasn't changed and there was dirty pampers in the bath tub and they gave me another room and somehow the door latch was locked from the inside like someone was already in the room and so they moved me to another room and I got ready to take a shower and the water was cold and they told me that there was no hot water in the building so I got my money back and went somewhere else and I don't recommend this hotel to nobody.

The stay was nice right up until the next morning and there was no hot water.

Too many smokers

For a hotel with all smoke free rooms the two different rooms I had smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Had to let shower run for 15 minutes to get hot water. Basically this is a place for homeless people

Crazy when I arrived for check in. Malfunctioning fire system, people with reservations problems, phones ringing. Staff kept it together and managed well. First room they sent me to was lacking pillows and towels. They apologized and immediately gave me another room. Obviously understaffed, but the staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating.

Nice off the freeway. Quiet

I love my stay. Room clean nice n neat. Just need little more fluffier pillows but other than that everything wasok.

Terrible Facility and Staff

Do not consider this facility, it is run by druggies and prostitutes. The staff are obstinate and threatening.
