Basic room. Well used but clean enough. Expedia changed way too much for what I got. No breakfast or even shampoo in the shower. But, the bed was comfortable, water hot and decent water pressure. Starbucks and other places to eat are close. Close to I40

There was no breakfast. I couldn’t go to the bathroom upon arrival. The room was clean but the furnishings were bad. Hole in ottoman.shelves etc not completely painted.

Everything seems to be broken and needing repair the fitness center is closed, the laundry is not working. The elevator doesn't quite stop at the level of the deck. the rooms are good but need a deep clean. The staff is wonderful. Will be staying there just the same

Hi Phillip! Thank you for the review and feedback. Our fitness room is indeed under maintenance. Due to safety for everyone we have decided to close the fitness room temporarily. The elevator is working as designed. All inspections reports are current and up to standards. The guest laundry is indeed operational. The only item not working is the laundry soap dispenser. As an alternate method of purchasing, we have to laundry soap available for purchase at the front desk as the flyer indicated. We appreciate you feedbacks me look forward to seeing you again soon

Close to I40, close to shopping and restaurants. Clean everywhere and the staff was nice and helpful. Like all Motel 6s I've been in lately some accommodations were out if order.

We like it bc our favorite places to eat/drink are next door, the staff is friendly! Room is great! Elevator has a funny smell but otherwise we have had no issues stayed more than once and will be back

I got the last room on the ground floor maybe that’s why it didn’t have any art on the wall but you could see where the screws were for art and they were out of shampoo whether that had to do with supply chain or what I’m not aware but otherwise it was a quiet stay the heater worked well.

Jay was fantastic! I came in flustered from traveling all day in the pouring rain and was not happy about the extra $100 deposit fee for pets or service dogs. I've been using Motel 6 across the country for 16 years and never had this "deposit fee" before. Jay (hope spelling is correct) was very calming and explained that it would be refunded and gave me some info on a great burger place! This Motel 6 must have been a hotel before because the rooms are inside and it's not like the ones where you can park right in front of your room. Anyone traveling with animals can only stay on the 3rd floor, which was a little bit of a pain because I have a paralyzed dog and a lot of stuff to bring up, but the rooms are nice, quiet, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The area has plenty of restaurants you can walk to and there is a Starbucks basically in the same parking lot. I was annoyed at first due to the deposit & the only 3rd floor rooms, but Jay was so wonderful that I stayed and I'm glad I did. Great customer service!

I’d think twice before staying again. Left itching
You may wanna look elsewhere first…. Lots of hail damage outside and in the outdoor structure. Very ran down. Even signs are broken and or missing. Isn’t too shabby in the lobby. Receptionist was respectful and quick. No issues at sign in. Walk into the room… there’s a smell. The walls have been torn down and shabby put back together. You can tell to fix water damage and put in bigger fiberglass tubs. Blankets are worthless. Cardboard box is more comfortable. Water for a shower is okay. I’ve had hotter showers at truck stops. Plug ins all need replaced and changed out. They apparently have to spray often for bugs. They provide you with one little bar of soap to wash your hands. Towels are small. 2 large towels, 2 rags and 1 hand towel are provided for one king bed room. Tv is basic.

Only good thing about this property is the price. Don’t even have coffee out in the morning Desk staff very rude and uninterested in their job No breakfast. Fitness room permanently closed. No shampoo or conditioner provided Zero Customer service

We loved the showers/bathroom. I for one didn't have to stoop or bend over just to wash my hair. The view was exceptional, and the Internet worked very well
