Located in the historic downtown SOMA area of Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house which were both built in 1904. The entire property has recently been remodeled and is listed on the national historic registry. Travelers can enjoy local bars, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance of the home. We are located 2.7 miles from the Liitle Rock National Airport and only 1.7 miles from Little Rock Central High. There is a private concrete driveway for parking with security lighting. The carriage house has cable tv, wi-fi, and keyless smart locks with self check in. You'll find a leather couch and chase lounge in the living room, as well as a large screen tv. Feel free to relax in the chase lounge and read a book from our shelves. Or in a rocking chair on the main house's porch. The kitchen is equiped with a range, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. The bedroom has queen bed, dresser, and walk in closet. The bathroom has a walk in tiled shower , single vanity, toilet, and extra storage. For those who appreciate historic architecture, a simple stroll through the surrounding area will show you a variety of styles starting in the 1800's.
