Property and room were clean. Pool was very clean. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious. My only complaint was the construction on the 3rd floor near our room. Area/neighborhood was very safe. Excellent donut shop next door.

1st day no hot water. When I inquired about it they weren't sure if it was going to get rectified. The floor in the washroom had cracked tiles. Also someone in the room next to me was smoking weed.

They charged me 35 extra dollars then what Expedia was quoting me and charged me for a extra person a room when we had two then my brother n law bought a room that held people very upset with Expedia and this hotel for doing this without explaining to me this especially when I booked the rooms it was set at 130 or 135 don’t stay here or you will get ripped off

This is a good well run hotel, currently (November 30 2023) going through some remodeling. After the remodel is complete, it should be a great hotel. I appreciated that construction noise stopped promptly at 5pm.

Property was under renovation and we were not notified prior to arrival. We may have cancelled. Very little parking available. Paint and sheet rock dust all over the 1st floor area. Room was ok though.

They were in the middle of remodeling without any advanced warning. Also, five cars had their windows smashed and were broken into. One car was stolen. We had stayed here before and were very pleased…very disappointed in this stay

Hotel under renovation.floors not vaccun after work. Unhealthy for anybody with allergies,asthma and Copd. White dust all over the place. I show receptionist the medicine that i have to take for my condition and didn't move me to another room because i had 2 rooms reservations and the rest of the family was already in bed.

My keys did not work and had to go back down to the front desk. When I finally got in my room, it was super hot. I called the front desk to ask for some air. They said it is working it just takes a long time for it to cool down!! So, I'm sitting in here sweating buckets thinking I wasted all that good money on a sauna.

I have nothing to complain about with the hotel it was a very nice stay. I have an 8 for cleanliness because the couch had stains but I just covered it with a sheet. We will definitely stay again.

This property was easy to get to and served well as a hideaway on the last half of our trip home. The breakfast area was small and the staff had a hard time keeping it stocked. Other than that it was a good hotel.

stopped overnight on our way to Texas. Room was large and comfortable. Large shower head, so even with lower water pressure the shower felt great. Breakfast was good with lots of hot and cold items available - loved having real oatmeal in the morning. The hotel was VERY full when we stayed but there wasn't really much noise being heard. Would stay here again.
