Good place to stay in West Little Rock

Posted Aug 26, 2015
Pros: Good location, easy in and out from I-430 and I-630, very reasonable rate
Cons: Better separation of smoking and non-smoking rooms. Noticeable odor bleed-over
Location: I-430 and I-630 junction with Shackleford Rd. Plenty of eating and shopping within 10-20 blocks
Easy check in and out, room clean, basic breakfast included, great price

Good price, but you get what you pay for.

Pros: The staff
Cons: Update the hotel completely.
Location: The location was good, close to everything you would need
The bathroom was run down. The ceiling was falling in, there was mold on the tile in the shower, the beds were hard as a rock. The staff was amazing though

A comfortable respite.

Posted Aug 14, 2015
Pros: The beds were incredibly comfortable!! They gave me the best sleep I've had in months. The clerk didn't know what brand they used.
Cons: General updates to the exterior and better lighting in the parking lot.
Location: We were close to the event center where our conference was being held. Good restaurants close by. Easy access to highways & loops.
The facility is old and needs a lot of TLC on the exterior and the parking lot. Our room opened out to a trash dumpster off the alley. However, once we got into our room, it was very clean, cool, and had everything we needed. The only concern we had was electrical. One of the lamps had been rewired and the wiring was malleable; a fire hazard.

Not recommended

Posted Jun 27, 2015
Pros: Offered breakfast but line was too long to wait. Beds were pretty comfortable.
Cons: This hotel needs a major overhaul.
Location: Near restaurants.
Room was musty smelling. Carpet baseboards were torn at corners, caulk joints in bathroom were disgusting, shower had no safety handles, beds were pretty comfortable. Blower turning on and off all night was annoying. My white socks were black after walking on carpet. We did check for bed bugs but did not find any, thank goodness. Entry doors exiting on parking lot made for extremely noisy nights as people came and went in the lot or stood outside talking. The last night we had a dog next door that barked continuously until the owners returned. It was not a good experience and Expedia should not recommend this hotel.

Not what I expected

Posted Jun 23, 2015
Thought the rooms would be better maintained. We only had one working outlet. We were told we couldn't get stayover cleaning so we requested towels multiple times even going to the desk they said wait for housekeeper we asked the housekeeper she said we had to wait until she got to our room. We got our towels at 530 pm on our third day.

Nice and close to Medical appointments

Posted Jun 19, 2015
Pros: Location. Comfortable room. Easily assessable to parking . Easy on/off freeway. For older hotel, very comfortable.
Cons: Fix ice machines not working. Patch/repair areas needing attention. City maps available in rooms. More extensive breakfast offerings.
Location: Fine dinning close by. Easy access to freeway. Medical centers close.
Quiet, convenient location to good dining, medical appointments. Room clean and fresh smelling. Close to parking so easy to load/unload required oxygen equipment. Bed very comfortable and had extra pillows as required. Room was already cool as well as refrigerator upon arrival. Room to move around without bumping into things. Front desk staff offered to help load/unload if required. Also informed us of the medical rate if we had return appointments. Darroll went out of his way to be helpful and assist in making sure we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast appreciated.

Did not feel safe at all. Not in a good location. Spend a little more money for peace of mind.

Excellent for travellers

Posted Jun 14, 2015
Pros: Just what we needed.
Cons: nothing
Location: N/A
We arrived late. Staff was most courteous. (Our room had a faulty door, but they quickly switched us to another room. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel architecture pleasant. Having a fridge was useful. Breakfast was great. All-in-all, a great place to stay for travellers, at a reasonable rate.

Would not recommend.

Was not pleased, the house keeping staff was horrible. Came back to the room after spending a full day in ICU with family. Nothing was done to our room, had to ask for the floors to be mopped, no clean lines, toilet tissue, and the lamp over the desk broke. Woke up with a insect bite on my stomach. Checked out and went to another hotel with excellent service in the same price range.
