Check in was quick although the incidental hold is 100.00 more than i paid for the room. Other than that the room was clean and smelled clean.the air conditioning worked great..beds were good but more firm than i like but wasnt too bad..we left before breakfast was open so i dont know how that was. Over all it was a great one night stay.very quiet.

Overall a lot of potential for this hotel. Wouldn’t recommend checking in online if you’re trying to save time, the front desk guy clicked his mouse a thousand times and asked me similar questions that I answered online. Shower stinks a little because the shower curtain needs changed. Older hotel, but overall not bad.

The location was convenient to all the food, stores, and close to the interstate in the event if i wanted to travel a little further out. The staff was friendly. I do wish the continental breakfast had more options but I will not complain it was still okay. Overall, my experience was well. Would definitely stay again when I visit.

Checked in and went to room at 7:00 p.m. and room had not been cleaned. Went back down and did get another room quickly.
Breakfast lacks fresh fruit. Cold water and yogurt. Lack of effort by the breakfast attendant.

The property was clean, room was clean. The front desk staff was friendly, although they were distracted upon check in so that process took a little longer than expected. Location was convenient-close to a variety of dining options and only a 10 minute drive to our event.

Good location- close to the mall and restaurants however, very limited cleaning service, had to go to the front desk for clean towels.
Had to change rooms because the tub was dirty.
One front desk person ask me for my key number and if I was a guest there as I sat in the dining area waiting for someone. Suddenly she smiled and commented she remembered seeing me earlier. As if I did not belong there.

Online check in was a waste of time. The front desk person didn’t pay attention and asked for all my info. When I said I’ve already provided everything, he took another 5 minutes just clicking away at the computer. The hotel was dirty and smelly. The most annoying part of our stay was luke warm water. It would have been nice to have a hot shower after traveling for a long while.

Housekeeping went down the hallway at 8:45 knocking and then opening every door asking if they were checking out today. Knocked and opened my door with the do not disturb sign on. I called the front desk to confirm check out was still 11:00 and it is. They just want to wake everyone up even though it is the one night away from a 2 year old when I was trying to sleep in. The place is really run down.

Fine - very loud in the morning
Room was fine. Nothing incredible or amazing. Seemingly clean. The biggest issue we had was being the room directly next to the laundry room. The maids were incredibly loud beginning at 7:00AM with no respect for it being early or that rooms may be next door.
