Clean, and good breakfast easy to find nice staff

Pros: Pet Friendly, clean area. good breakfast lots of choices and early coffee
Friendly greeting, with nice clean lobby and rooms. good location off Hwy Always a pleasure to stay at this Hotel

We have been double charged 2-3 times for our room

We pay for our rooms on Hotels.com or Expedia, and 2-3 times the hotel has charged us again. That ticks us off. And the hotel can't give us a receipt when we check out. What gives with that? Maybe we could catch the double charging then instead of waiting for the credit card bill to catch it.

Fast, friendly helpful service . Would highly recommend to my traveling coworkers..I would like to recognize the friendly ladies on the afternoon shifts when I check in . Nlr Arkansas way to go !!!

Good location.

Room was kind of musty at first. The sheets and covers we way over starched but clean. The toilet flushed when it wanted to.

Loved having you here. Yes, the room might be musty as the a/c is on a computer that keeps it off until a guest checks in. Then it smells bright and fresh. We do not starch out sheets so I am surprised they seemed starched, but very clean, yes they are. Please come again as we love our guests.

Decent hotel for the price. Bed and pillows extremely uncomfortable. But room was clean and staff was nice.

Location can be trying

I stayed at the North Little Rock LaQuinta for years at it's previous site. This was my first time in the new location. The facility is more modern and up to date and I think a big upgrade. On this particular visit I was assigned a handicapped room, even though I am not handicapped. It was fine except configured to meet the needs of somebody other than me. Not a deal breaker, but it made for a little odd stay. It did help me appreciate those who need the handicap features and do not get them. The location adjacent to the McCain Mall can be a little challenging since the nearest street is one-way. If you are heading southbound on the highway it's perfect. If not, you might have to do a good bit of navigating to get there. I have stayed in the area many times in the past few years and still it took an inordinate amount of time to reach the hotel once I knew where it was located. The desk and breakfast staff were friendly and efficient and the breakfast itself was standard LaQuinta fare. Except for the location I would rate it higher.

My hotel stay was great and the receptionist was very polite. This is the only hotel I will make reservations for when I make trips out to see my family in North Little Rock from now on.

This hotel is in a great location close to the mall and easy to get to. Very friendly staff. Nice and clean. The only downfall was the fact that on the website we booked a room with a sofa bed and the room did not have a sofa bed , but a recliner instead. Since my husband and I were traveling with our 11 year old this made for an uncomfortable night.

Great Solo Stay

Wonderful experience. Quiet. Clean. Staff was great. They were welcoming and nice. Surrounded by great shopping and food. The building is older, but the upgrades on the inside are great. The pics on this site was true to form. Breakfast in the morning. Cereal, waffles, muffins, and assortment of drinks.
