Great Rate on Hotel in Process of remodel

Pros: Price. Cleanliness. Friendly staff. Location.
Cons: They are remodeling so they are making improvements.
Found a great rate on this 3 star property with some mixed reviews. The property is in the process of being remodeled, with painters on every floor. But our room was super clean (so was bathroom). Staff was very friendly and upgraded us to a King. We don't do breakfasts in hotels so that wasn't an issue for us but they had yogurt, fruit, breads, oatmeal, waffle maker, and beverages. Would definately stay at this property again if in Little Rock.

It was a good hotel. They were in the middke of remodeling but it did not interrupt our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is old but cute the room was clean and nice, but when my husband took a shower the shower wouldn't drain and the temperature kept fluctuating. The "complimentary" breakfast was awful. The upside to all of it the staff was friendly.

Hotel is fine for a nights stay. No amenities to go along with room. Worth the price.

Guiet and very comfortable

We were there for 4 nights. I was sick in bed for two days. The hotel is wonderfully quiet all day, all night. the room had a couch as well as a chaise long. They were very comfortable. The breakfast was simple but hot and very tasty.

Serves the purpose

I needed an inexpensive room while driving halfway across the country with my adult son. The room was a great rate and was large enough that we didn't feel cooped up or like we were tripping over each other. The room had some lovely, unique touches that set it apart from typical hotel chains: poster beds, antique looking fixtures in the bathroom. Breakfast could have been better, but it was included with the price. I would stay there again if driving through the area.

Historic Hotel

Pros: Location was good. Loved the old feel of the hotel.
Cons: Just needs an update overall.
Hotel is listed as the 2nd oldest in Arkansas. It did show that. While the cleanliness of the place was good, there wasn't much else to brag about except it was a great price. The hotel is just old and needs updating which is in process. Beds were very hard and I rarely find a bed that is too hard for sleeping.
