The website said you could receive a roll-out bed if needed. They didn't have a rollout period at all. The website also said they had a pool and there was no pool.. And on top of that my door to my room was wouldn't work i had to get the worker to help me open it. And the bed inside the sofa bed was broken i had to change rooms due to it being broken..

Was not a fan of how small and high the beds were. Did like the free breakfast. On the weekend though (Sunday) it was grab and go bags. Not many options. Much more to choose from on Monday though. Liked that there were elevators available. Easy parking.

The beds and pillows were the worst I’ve ever slept on. They claimed to have breakfast and had the facilities for a hot breakfast but only offered a smash grab bag on a Saturday. There was no soap available, not enough towels or sheets for the pullout bed. You can feel every spring in the mattress the pillows were hard and half of the pillows were plastic and noisy to use. The toilet seat was ugly and marred. Everything needs updated. It’s all very worn. I’m livid that the price was so high and didn’t even get hot food for breakfast after a sleepless night on the worst mattress. Those mattresses and pillows need thrown away.

The size was nice, it was not as clean as I felt that it should be and as far as having the shuttle ready to go to the hospital the next morning the driver didn't show up so it was a total inconvenience

Clean and comfortable facility. All the staff were friendly and professional. I was in room 317 and my 2nd night, the door would not open after multiple attempts and with assistance. This was 11 pm in freezing temps. I was relocated to a different room --which was a satisfactory solution.

I did not stay. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke. The door and window both looked as if they has been broken into. The floor had chunks of mud that looked like it come from work boots.

Very quiet place at a main street. Good food around in a walkable distance. The have a shuttle that transport you at a very short notice without hesitation, very nice person the driver, sorry forgot his name. Check in/out in a breeze. Great location for tourism or medical treatments at the Medical center. A good improvement could be a clothes hangers rod/area for longer stays.

Don't believe the pictures!
I booked a king size bed Supposed to have walk in shower. Told when I arrived that when booking with hotels.com You don't get what you booked you get what they have available. We got 2 double beds, a bathroom you could barely turn around in. No comforters, 1 chair. I could go on. I was charged at time of booking advertised at $76, prepaid came out to 119.46. Get there and am informed I had to pay 150.00 deposit which was reduced to :50.00 in case of any damages. Upon checking out this morning I was told the 50.00 deposit would be refunded in 3 to 5 days. Cancellation ended Sunday we arrived Monday afternoon. Will not book with hotels.com ever again.

For it being directly off of Markham, it is amazingly a quiet space in the rooms. We were in a 1 bedroom suite, checked in Monday-Thurs. No housekeeping except on Monday and Thursday, informed in checkout. Will let them know next time. Also if you want pots and pans, they are at the front desk. More coffee is needed for 2 people in the room for 3 days with 2 cups a day. The free Breakfast was amazing. .

Excellent staff, helpful. Location of room is great. Nice size rooms, separate living room from bedroom. Kitchen area. Like living in an apartment. Too bad we weren't staying longer. I would definitely come here again if ever in the area. Restaurant on the corner, great food too.

Gone downhill since my last stay in 2019
I stayed Jan 2019 bc of surgery next day and then again few days ago Sept 27th 2023 for another surgery. First stay yrs ago was a lot cleaner than this stay. Our sheets had stains and other peoples hairs all over the sheets and pillow cases. Obviously not changed and washed. Keep shoes on walking on floors or your socks/barefeet will be black from filth! We paid extra for a suite and this nastiness is what we got in return. Definitely won't be back. Only good thing I have to say is front desk girl that checked us in that evening and the lady in charge of breakfast were extremely nice. So thank y'all for that! Other than that, they need a deep cleaning and updated rooms.

As a PA student interviewing at the UAMS campus, this hotel was a perfect place for me to stay for 1-2 nights. The staff was friendly! The general manager even ended up giving me a ride to the airport when I was struggling to get an Uber! Fantastic hotel, that I would recommend to anyone.
