Unsanitary experience

I reserved a single bed only bed given a double bed with hair in the bed & lipstick on towels. Notified staff. Then to be offered a non smoking room that smelled like smoke. Offered a suite that had blood stains in sheets. Moved to 4th room which the bathtub was dirty & mirrors looked like they hadn't been clean in months. My pictures won't download. After driving 9 hours to get to this hotel I didn't lay down in a bed until 9pm *checked in at 3*. Room was free but had to ask the general manager to talk to me. Will not stay again.

Could have been better.

It started off on a bad note when the refrigerator in our room didn't work and we didn't realize it. We had a two-night stay, and with the exception of the bed being made and the trash being taken out, you would have never guessed the housekeeping had been there.

Worst hotel ever

booked my room last minute for fathers day (on thursday). I called the hotel right after I booked it online to ensure everything would go smoothly when I arrived since it was so last minute. The lady on the phone assured me I was all set. After work on Friday I set out for Arkansas and called and told the hotel that I would be late but that I was coming. Halfway there, I got a call from the hotel asking if I was still coming because they had ran my card and it declined. (Keep in mind I had already called and told them I would be late and that my dad would be paying for the room the next morning and they said it would be okay and I didn't not authorize them to run my card) so after we get that squared away I receive another phone call asking if I am still coming. My drive was only a 4 hr drive and by this point I'm getting tired of them calling. I finally arrive at the hotel and check in. I'm laying in bed ( @1am) and get a phone call on the hotel phone and when I answer it the clerk at the desk (arlinda) says that since I didn't have a form of payment I would need to go to an ATM or call someone otherwise I couldn't stay there. She also added that "she wished I would've been more upfront" (Keep in mind I had spoke to the hotel 3 or 4 times before I even got there). The next morning as I was trying to make sure I had a place to stay that night... they tell me that I didn't have a reservation (because apparently they cancelled my reservation the night before and didn't tell

Nice bed...bad breakfast!

Got off the elevator to a moldy smell, but it didn't carry into the room. If we stayed in the room...nice hotel. At breakfast, they were clearly poor hosts. Had to wait for coffee, and they were out of waffle mix with an hour left. Tried to tell the staff, but lack of English speaking staff makes that hard. And makes me furious because I expect breakfast staff in the US to understand and speak fluent English. Other staff...not so much. After 4 days, they still have the hotel bill pending even though I paid in full through Expedia. Wouldn't stay here again!

Okay---not great

I was placed in an handicapped room---as a non handicapped person the bathroom was not easy---no place to lay out cosmetics, etc. and it was difficult to maneuver shower head so that the entire bathroom did not get soaked---I'm sure it would be great for its intended use but I would have preferred to be asked if it was okay (hotel was not full)---also the room was clean but I found fingernails (large) around the bed so not sure it had been vacuumed (at least not well)

Dirty Room..

We got the suite, and the room was very dirty like was never cleaned. The bed was made with used sheets, no towels in the bathroom and used one hanging in the shower, dirty soap papers in the bathtub, floor was dirty look like wasn't vacuumed. So we complained and she gave us the last suite available and it was cleaned but the carpet was wet, and the refrigerator smelled very bad. We had to wear shoes the whole time in there so our socks would not get wet. ( I have pictures of the room condition.. too bad I cant post it here)
