I made a mistake w my reservation thru the 3rd party agent but the front desk clerk went way above and beyond to help me get it fixed and in for the night without being stuck paying for 2 nights...he didn't have to do that but he did so the owners should know how good he is with guests

I had booked a hotel for four nights after the first night I woke up and saw a cockroach in my room, so requested a refund and left the hotel. They still charge me for the night I stayed, and the next day did not refund me for the last day or my deposit

Great place to stay.
I really enjoyed my stay. The only issues that I had was the grab bar in the shower was not fastened. If I would have slipped and needed to grab it, it would have come off the wall. Also, the shower head was not fastened to the wall. You can see where they tried to fix it, but they were not successful.

They said they were charging me a $20 deposit for something. They charged me to check in early. I haven't had the $100 deposit reimbursed, that's right not 20, but 100.

This property is nasty, non-smoking had cigarette holes throughout the comfort, refrigerator had dead bugs in it, the curtain to the window did not close, smell weed smoke in room. Unacceptable!!!!!

Worst place ever
This hotel was absolutely disgusting! It smelled like someone was smoking pot, the floors in the entry way and halls were filthy, once we got into a room the shower hardly worked, the toilet wouldn’t flush and as my husband was going down to talk to the front desk we noticed roaches. The staff was very rude when my husband tried to talk to them about it and the pool wasn’t open like we were told it was.

My only request when searching for a room was a pool. This pool was closed and wasnt even mentioned at check in. The wall ij the bathroom had a hole from the door handle and there was a gap under the door to the hallway. I reserved 2 queen beds and got 2 double beds. The staff was nice and room was clean.

This property was disgusting. The neighborhood was very scary, lots of random homeless people outside. The room was dirty, sofa was all wet and bed cover stained. The check in staff were rude. Charged us an additional $50 deposit at check in and we paid in full through Expedia Stay far away from this one

This was a nice property. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. No muffins or bagels at all. Only bread for toast... white bread. Only apples, no other fruit. I know that this was Easter Sunday, but i just expected better.

We travel to Arkansas to visit my husband's family and normally its good. We've stayed at this hotel last year and it was pretty good for the price. Customer service good, price good, even pretty clean. But, this trip we stayed at the same exact hotel and it was different. The customer service was good, but this time the hotel hallways, elevators, and halls to the rooms were disgusting. We witnessed liquids thats was spilled in the halls near the elevators, the day we checked in. The carpet in the halls by the rooms were not vacuumed, and the elevator floors were sticky and nasty. The morning we checked out, everything i mentioned was the same. Only clean are was the lobby and our room. Only complaints about the room was that there was no smoke alarm. It was disconnected and not replaced. That the last time we will stay there.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! When we arrived check in went ok. We walked into hotel in a wave of marijuana small, hallways were loud with movement. I called for extra towels they said they will be at my room in 10 minutes. I waited for an hour had to go back to car to drive to the front desk to ask again Which they advised I coke back in 10 minutes. So I waited finally he told me to follow him down a long hallway to get. Get back to the room clean up to get ready for bed we lay down get comfy. I grab my cup to get a drink of water and what so I see a roach. Needless to say I woke my husband we got dressed and left to find another facility. Mean while we were in the middle of an ice storm and I am disabled and can barely walk. We left !

This was the dirtiest hotel that I have ever stayed at. Quality Inn? More like “No Quality Inn.” There was a dead rat in the parking lot, a dirty mop being used to wash the floor, stains on the walls, elevators, bedsheets, towels, and the stench of bad food every around corner we turned. There were empty vendor machines, rust around the ice maker, dead plants in the hallway, and actual trash in the doorway. Don’t stay here. I checked out within 30 minutes.
