On my way to NJ from dallas, stayed for a night at BW, for the price I found this hotel comfortable for stay, nicely kept non smoking rooms and quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast is a quick grab and go, staff overall friendly and efficienct.

We stayed at this Best Western in Little Rock after a long day of baseball. We booked a queen room, but unfortunately had several issues during our stay. The biggest problem was the room temperature. Due to preset thermostat limits, we were unable to get the room any cooler than 71 degrees, which made it uncomfortable and overly warm at night—especially for our boys after being outside playing baseball all day. The next morning, we also ran into issues with the breakfast area. Several of the machines were not working properly, which prevented us from getting a full breakfast as was expected. Overall, between the room temperature issues and the problems with breakfast service, this stay did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this hotel again in the future.
