Room keys wouldnt work. Then was given a dirty room. Managers wouldbt even soeak with me. Below are pics of how the room looked upon entering

Very Disappointed; Deducts Money; No return Calls

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Return phone calls and do not deduct money from bank accounts
First, there were no light bulbs in the lamps, and one was broken. Second, the beds are not very comfortable. Third, the internet is very slow. Fourth, the room smelled musty. But the main reason is the hotel deducts money from your account. First, it was money that they put on hold for three days. Then they deducted money from our account after we were home. We have three times. Twice no one answered the phone so we left messages. The third time we were told to call back later. The fourth time they said the person was not there and they would call us back. The person said they thought it was because we had smoked in the room but we needed to talk to the person who seems to never be in. That is not true. The room smelled musty when we came in. We would not recommend it to anyone!!

Pros: I did not like nothing about this hotel
Cons: Cleanning is and we ask if they have continental breakfast and he NO because people have abosed of the FREE breakfast
Location: You have to drive about 3 miles to get to any Resturantes
We check in we got our key we get to the elevator and it was trash, we walk into our room we put our thing away and we turn the TV on and we couldn't change the channel and some how the person who was working in the front dest knew that the TV wasn't working so we hear someone knocking on the door we open the door and the man said YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS with TV and I said it doesn't change and he had an other remote control and he walk in to the room and that really scare me and so he fix the TV and before he left we ask him for some towels. We went to bed and the bed SQUEAK so it wasn't a nice hotel. We want to charge our cell phone and NONE of the plugs work so we did not charge our phone and so we where going to stay 2 days but we left we just couldn't take no more of the filt of the hotel. So we don't recomend this hotel is so durty even the parking lot.

We stopped serving breakfast last year, not due to any concerns placed in this email. We hope to have the restaurant attached to property soon so guest can have room service right to their doors. We have asked Expedia and other partner sites to update out information, However, this was only updated on some of the partner sites recently. we apologize if it was misleading in any ways.

Good value for the room rate

Nice motel, great staff. Was actually able to checkout at 5pm with a half day charge to do so which allowed us some time to sleep in and chill before getting back on the road.

Horribly dirty and run down. First room had dirty and sticky flooring. Bedding was dirty, had lots of hairs in the sheets. Pillows were stained with what looked like blood. Towels were stained or dirty as well. Had to move rooms because of bathroom sink that would not turn off. Second room smelled of smoke. Linens were not stained but we still found lots of hairs when pulling back the covers. Room was dirty in general. Also the smoke detector was hanging from the wall, the battery having been taken out. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS.

Pros: close to interstate
Just efficient enough for a one night stay. Not Clean, No Working outlets, T.V. on the fritz

Hairy beds

The hotel is a bit worse for wear. Though they were friendly and upgraded us to a better room, the beds were stained and covered with hairs. Half empty water bottle in corner of room. Guy asking for money in the parking lot.

Absolutely FILTHY

Cons: Terminate the entire management staff, and train any employees that are salvageable.
This was the poorest example of a hotel I have EVER seen. The parking areas were filthy, even a condom immediately outside the front door.Signage posted in the lobby had misspelled words, and even though I brought this to the attention of the desk attendant, it was never changed. BUT NEW SIGNS WERE POSTED DURING OUR STAY, SO I KNOW THEY HAVE A PRINTER AND PAPER. the the front doors did not operate, and where the "entry" was there was an ice covered mat outside the door, but none inside, on the slippery tile floor. There was a fight in the parking lot, the elevators did not work, and there was no tissue (Kleenex) in the room. There were no paper towels in the lobby men's room. The bed in our room was covered with hair - long black hair. There were several decaf coffee packages in the room, but there were only PLASTIC cups to supposedly use for coffee. The exterior trash receptacles were too full to put any travel trash in, and in fact there was a trash can with Three overflowing ashtrays on top of it, that had OBVIOUSLY not been emptied in weeks. I could go further, but it is useless. The management of this property display an overwhelming disregard for guests and any semblance of care for the investors.

The room was very dirty. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
