Old style on the outside...

But newer on the inside in the non-smoking building. The only catch is that you are required to leave a $100 cash deposit for the non-smoking room. Cash only - not debit. Staff were very friendly and at least one, Joy, was apologetic about it.

Weekend Stay

Pros: The interior rooms, as opposed to outside rooms.
Cons: More towels in the restroom.
Location: The hotel is located in the Southwest part of Little Rock. There are several fast food places around the hotel, as well as a local Wal-Mart.
The room was pleasing, and it was also quiet and comfortable. The restroom could add some more towels for leisure.

Hotel was in flux from a comfort inn to a red roof inn, roaches in room, ac was very loud, pool was unavailable, laundry had one machine that had clothes left in it for days,

Great hotel, bad neighborhood & uncomfortable beds

My family stayed overnight one night due to a long drive to our destination we needed a place to sleep. Hotel was nice and clean. The AC worked well given the hot weather. Breakfast was decent for continental breakfast. The bed was pretty stiff and both my husband and I woke up with a stiff back the next morning and we are younger than 30 with no back problems. Someone set off the fire alarm around 3am which woke us up but not much the hotel could do about ignorant guests since no one knows who did it. The neighborhood is very sketchy. There's an apartment complex right behind it where around midnight a group of people we just hanging out at their cars listening to loud music luckily you couldn't hear it from inside the room. I didn't feel very safe having my car in the parking lot. Ended up moving it right beside the front door for safety precautions. If this hotel could pick up and move to a better location and get better beds I would stay again. However, for a one night stay it wasn't bad just not great.

Great service--very comfortable and clean

From the moment I walked in, the gentlemen at the front desk provided excellent service. I am a single mom, traveling alone with young children and a dog. I arrived late at night and the man at the front desk set me up quickly with a first floor room, close to where I parked, and next to the breakfast area. They held the door for me while I brought the kids in, and helped me haul my bags in too. I was grateful for there extra hands and so relieved to have a very clean, comfortable room after a long day on the road.
