Nice hotel, near McCain shopping mall

Pros: proximity of shopping mall and restaurants. Nice and quiet rooms. comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. The computer in the lobby, a plus.
Location: lots of restaurants and a big shopping mall
hotel well situated , near a lot of restaurants and the McCain Mall, quiet, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Would choose the same place if back in this area.

they were renovating the motel so check-in was a little slow. room was nice enough. bed could have been upgraded during renovation.

I came in town for a funeral. The staff had no knowledge of the extra charges. There front desk person was new. They showed no compassion for me or my family. I will not stay here again.

ok for the price...

I could not utilize the pool it needed to be cleaned. When arrived in my room, the room was clean but the coffee pot had not been emptied or clean for so long that it had mold in it. the staff was great and friendly and addressed and complaints promptly.

Friendly people nice room

Location: Nearby mall and pizza place
I gave the comfort of room a 4 instead of 5 because I accidently reserved a smoking room. The smell gave me a headache but really I have only myself to blame...Otherwise it was a great hotel for a great price. Although everyone in Little Rock was amazing. Our car broke down on the way from the east coast to Vegas. It couldn't have picked a better place.

My First and Only Choice in Little Rock

There were a few "things wrong" with the room; the thermostat didn't change anything, the fridge wasn't all that frigid, and the bathtub had a visible spider web crack in the bottom rear portion. However, I absolutely loved the place and will definitely book there again for my next trip to Little Rock. Housekeeping had the place nice and clean when I arrived and left me alone when I requested that. The tub, though cracked as noted, was long enough to let an NBA player stretch out his legs for a good soak, which I appreciated. (My home tub is a clawfoot that puts my knees in the air.) The TV was awesome, with great size, sharp picture, and easy to apply Closed Captioning. The building sort of "hides" behind the McCain Mall, in an area that feels secluded, secure, and crime free. There's an indoor pool. Shopping at the mall is within walking distance, as is Taziki's, a Greek restaurant with outstanding food. An Outback Steak House and other restaurants are also nearby. Pricing was moderate, and most of all, the front desk staff found me a room for early check-in (I arrived earlier than I'd anticipated) and charged only a nominal fee for that, allowing me to get some much needed rest immediately after a 1280 mile run from Arizona.

Very Loud

Double beds was a negative, need to upgrade to queens. Very loud with people until midnight or later. Could see light through the door

Little things count

Pros: Very average.
Cons: Maid service.
Location: Gander mountain is close.
Booked a smoking room by mistake. Charged over $7 to get a non smoking room. Toilet barely worked and over flowed. That is when I discovered there were no towels in the room. Dried off with a bath mat. Staff could not ring up my additional charges in the morning. Won't be back.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!

Location: Near Mall and Dinning
This place is terrible! The front desk clerk double charged my card even though I had paid through expedia. The next morning when I brought to the Hotels attention; the staff member told me I had to wait 2 hours until the manager came in to correct it. When the manager got their, the first thing she said was "it's to early for this!" And last but not least their were multiple holes in the wall of my room! I ask to change but was told their no other rooms available! This place was so bad I will never book a Super 8 again!
