The hotel is trying but I found it to be a tired hotel. Not worth 4.5 stars

Dear Anonymous Guest, we're sorry to hear that you feel this way. We would hope that you would have provided specific feedback as to what exactly happened during your stay instead of just saying that our hotel is "tired", as we use our guests' feedback to constantly improve our overall guest experience. Nevertheless, we hope you will consider us again in the future.
