Luckily this was a 2-night stay. With this being a Marriot hotel, I had high expectations. I was disappointed with my overall stay. The outside of the hotel looks decent & tidy. Its location is convenient as it’s by several shopping areas & restaurants. However, there was a lack in communication. I was not informed that the 2 Queen suite that I booked on Expedia was going to result in me actually receiving a 1 King Suite upon check-in. The receptionist even confirmed what I booked but handed me a key for a King Suite instead without informing me. I had to find out once I made it to the room. The sofa bed did not look comfortable to sleep on & had particles falling while unfolding. The bathroom had strands of hair on the sink, the toilet seat was peeling & looked worn. The lights in the bathroom flickered & the tub was slightly clogged while taking a shower. The intentions were to have a total of 3 ppl stay but resulted in only 2 ppl staying in. This will be my 1st and last time staying at TownePlace Suites.

Breakfast was subpar. *Turkey sausage was gross!! Bring back real pork sausage. *”Egg” wraps were not good. * Chocolate milk was slush. *Bar lacked standard bagels. *Treadmills were outdated and one had a torn belt. *Employees were courteous. *Rooms were properly clean.

I was impressed that our room was clean and comfortable. Also, that there was a very nice kitchen, and grilling station outdoors. Next time I'll bring our own food to cook, as we had an expensive,and not very good carry-out pizza for dinner. Will definetly stay tthere again .
