Really nice place for the price. Love the room it was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in this area

Poor Management and Customer Service Experience

Location: Great location.. poor hotel service
Poor Management and Customer Service Experience Cons: Management and Customer service very poor. My trip was booked via Expedia. After traveling over 700 miles arriving after 9pm on a Friday, I was told that Expedia made and error in my booking for two queens. They stated that I would have to pay extra for two queens which I booked with Expedia and paid. They wanted to give me a King. There was only one person working…when I asked for management. The person advised that management was not in, and that they were the only one working that night. The hotel was fully booked due to local events in the area. I was disappointed to discover that the hotel did not plan for the event, based on personnel scheduling. The person working the desk was very under and did not have customer service experience, obviously. Good customer service would have given me the room which I booked if it was available at the price I paid on Expedia and then worked with Expedia on the error instead of instilling that I pay more for something that was not my error. That night, I looked in the closet to see if there were extra blankets, there was none. I called and requested blankets and was told that only room with King beds have extra blankets and that the hotel did not have any available. On Saturday morning, I was about to go down for breakfast shortly after 6am, which is the noon for most hotels for starting breakfast. Something advised me to call first

Pleasantly Surprised

I was extremely pleased with this room! It was the perfect size for me as a single woman traveling for business. The kitchenette, full-size fridge, desk and couch gives it a studio apartment feel, but appropriate for families. I loved it!

Loved the area and hotel set up with courtyards. Very comfortable environment. However, the hallways and room was filthy.

The room was clean but the pool area could have been a little cleaner. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. We would stay there again.

The only complaint I have was the noise. My room was across from the elevator. The people in the room next door were having a party and had people coming and going until 2am.

Great!!!!!

Super friendly front staff! They made the trip factastic. The young man who was working this past Friday and Saturday night was the best!!!! My only complaints was that our room did not get cleaned, and we had no towels; the front rand out as well. Thai young man problem solved and got us the last 3 pool towels.
