Location: Clinton Library
Great and close to the CLINTON LIBRARY- too much rain for walking and enjoying the surroundings including the people

Close to Verizon arena!

Liked that they had transportation to and from the arena. Very convenient. Staff was great, restaurants were right there. Only complaint would be the hallway noise.

Nice Hotel

There was nothing bad to say about this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean. I'm sure if I had come during the summer the pool would have been great.

The walls are thin

Pros: Everything except the above issue.
Cons: Sound proof your walls.
Location: google maps can do that for you better than I can.
The hotel is very nice looking and styled. The issue we had was the walls are paper thin. I would have thought that a multi-million dollar company would have invested into the comfort of its customers by sound proofing the walls. We could hear coughing and talking through the walls from the room next to us. Our room was on the end, only one neighbor. Perhaps think of these things out in the design phase and planning phase of the hotel.

Not a problem

Stayed two nights for an event. My room was clean and nice. Bed was comfy. Did have some issues regulating the thermostat on night two, but not enough to upset my stay. Great breakfast buffet included.

Pros: The location is the only reason I stay there. otherwise I would stay in one of the many other nice hotels located a couple of miles away
Cons: Stayed there several times over years. Always seems to be a glitch in checking in. This time they could not find reservation made through Expedia. Took 20 minutes to get it resolved.
Location: I STAY THERE FOR ONE REASON, IT IS ACROSS STREET FROM RIVER TRAIL WHICH i LIKE TO RIDE AND MY BIKE ON AND RUN.

Hotel Hood

They gave someone my room and I was left to find a place to stay in a strange city. The staff was not helpful and they told multiple lies about Expedia in which I have used for years without any problems. I will have to think hard about booking a room at this hotel ever again.

Comfort after a long day.

This was a great way to end the day. We were tired and this place was CLEAN and comfortable. The staff is very friendly! Breakfast was fantastic.
